Abell is our vendor under the umbrella of the WRHA. Michael T. has been instrumental in responding to the services needs of the Misericordia Health Centre. Any call-No Problems. Always follows up and resolves issues. Great service!

Michael provides regular inspections here at the office. I appreciate that he always checks in, giving a summary of what he finds and asks if we've noticed anything. When we gave him a call after discovering a mouse had made his way in, he responded promptly with a variety of traps. The mouse was found the next day.I'm an entomophobe and I trust the floor I walk on! Recommend.

Hired Abells for a rodent issue. They were able to come out within 48 hours which I was very impressed with. Michael T. did a thorough inspection and gave suggestions for areas to repair. Very knowledgeable and made the stressful process a lot smoother. I definitely recommend Abells. Ask for Michael!

My tenant experienced mice issue this winter. I called Abell and while they were trying to get rid of mice issue by adding baits with poison, they wasn't able to find the source of a problem due to snow outside so mice keep coming over and over again. I was disappointed and called them again at May.Jordan came few days later and did a great job by identifying possible places where they are coming from and explained what needs to be done.Will recommend Abell and especially Jordan!

we use them for the Company I work at. Gurpineer B is always on time. Lets us know if there are issues or not. Very polite and friendly....always smiling which now a days is a big plus.

Gurpinder Bhullar was on time (early a bonus), very knowledgeable and professional/courteous. We first had abells come service our house over a year ago for carpenter/pavement ants. They were gone for over a year and came back. They still owed me a service so I called and explained we had one treatment (inside and outside) owing and they sent the service manager as he was the first one to be able to come to us but said they couldn’t do the outside until may. I wasn’t overly impressed with the service manager. He completely soaked where he sprayed. We stayed out 8 hours when all they say is 4. I called to ask if it was safe to enter as it was still wet. I was told the service manager (chris) would call me back. He never did. Fast forward a few weeks we still have ants. I call again. I’m told the service manager will call me. Again, he never did. After a few days we called and were told our account was suspended. I said no no , I have an email stating I am owed a treatment and still haven’t received a call back. Chris finally called me back and said he’d come Thursday at 9:30. He never showed. I called the office again and they said they’ll get him to call me. Shockingly he called. He told me he was off today but would send a colleague. That colleague called me and said he’d send someone over. I was feeling pretty discouraged at this point and like we’d be stuck with ants forever. Well the man they sent (Ben) was an absolute gem to work with. He explained everything in great detail and told me what he was doing and how it would rid of them. He was very informative and supportive. He was quick to answer my text after he left if you have to deal with abells I definitely suggest Ben doerkson
