Clear Medical Imaging

The staff at this location were very kind, however, if you are getting an ultrasound done here, pleasure ensure you ask them what they are looking at and how thorough the exam will be based on the request from the doctor.I was scheduled for an ultrasound of both breasts (the requisition requested a full review of both) and learned from my doctor after over a week of waiting for results that the technician who completed my exam only looked at a quarter of one breast and half of the other breast which rendered the exam incomplete & now requires me to have another scan done.Really disappointed in this experience and lack of thoroughness done by the staff.

Although the staff is friendly, the wait times at this location are insanely long. They have no issues leaving people sitting for over an hour for a simple X-ray when there’s literally 3 people in the waiting room and 1 inside. People go for many reasons, not everyone is there for an X-ray even so there is just no excuse. I watch the technicians laugh and do laundry while elderly people who cannot sit stationary like this are left without a care. It’s ridiculous and unprofessional. Just for clarification this is the location on Lauzon parkway. I’ve had no issues with any other location. I also have given this place 4 chances thinking perhaps it’s just a fluke. But no, every single time it’s the same nonsense. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt and called ahead, at which time I was told it would be a 40 minute wait. An hour and a half later we were still sitting in a now packed waiting room.

I recommend this place. The staff is professional. Carol is a sweet heart, she makes you feel so comfortable, she is professional and efficient. Thank you so much

The front desk was super kind and welcoming. My tech Carol for X-ray was so awesome and made me feel super comfortable. The building is immaculately clean.

My personal experience at this location today was amazing. Fast and super friendly service. The technician was absolutely fantastic. This place is located off Lauzon Parkway in a plaza and I would highly recommend this location if you need an X ray.
