Since new owners, place has gone down hill. Last time I was there the service was horribly slow, 45 min wait. Today for my Mother's 75th Birthday, they had NO chicken at all. Sign said closed, yet they were still open selling only sandwiches.Sobeys cooked chicken was the better option anyway.

Don’t go to kfc in dunnville they don’t serve past seven o clock and are to full of themselves. They close at 8 but can’t serve us at seven because they clean the kitchen? Unbelievable how the store says they close at 8 but can’t serve all the way at 8. The manager needs to get this under control immediately.

This is hands down the worst restaurant I’ve ever i experienced. I am disgusted and in complete disbelief with how poorly managed it is. I never complain, this is just next level negligence.

This is ridiculous, how could a franchise serve this kind of food, clearly an example of how careless they are. I don’t know Wht bug is that in the sandwich.When talked to manager, the only answer she had was, it’s not them,it’s from the supplier. Really ?? Never returning to KFC, this is how uh run a franchise?? Plz check ur food carefully.

Management has completely abandoned their staff. Watching 1 older staff member do all the work while the young manager just waltzed around on the phone was painful and embarrassing. Sat for 10 minutes, only to be told to wait another 8 minutes because the manager hadnt dropped a Big Crunch yet.My friend got his meal, I left without food and a refund. Won't be coming back. I feel so bad for that lady.

One of the least enjoyable experiences I’ve had at KFC. The fries were old and cold. They didn’t have half the menu. My drinks were warm and didn’t have ice and one of them was wrong. The only thing good was my my sandwich was so hot I couldn’t eat it, but even then it was so saucy is just fell apart.

THE WORST !They have been the worst for a lot of reasons!Never answers their phones, Closes before the set closing time, they never seem to want to make chicken when they don't have enough.. All the way around super upset. its a friday night and they are closing at 7... no wonder Id rather drive out of town then go here. never again.

We paid 12$ extra for breasts only.... got 12 $ back cause that's a lot I of chicken i don't want to cook that ill just refund your money" (only the 12 bucks and it was only 6 pieces got 5 wings one breast) should have just returned it all!!! Only reason we didnt was one kid wanted the one breast..... Wasted our money cause they were lazy. Rather some legs then just wings. Really won't be back..... cause "I dont want to cook that" Order March 19th 4pm 2023"
