Impexxus Medical Imaging - Whitby
Booked an appt here. When speaking with the person booking I doubled checked the date and time. Thinking I heard 1015. They went no one zero five zero. 1050. Show up for my appt and find its not even on that day. Or at that time its an hour earlier. And then got told maybe i miss heard how do i mis hear when it was clearly gone over. If you value your time and not having to waste vacation time to get a test done, dont go here.

Lana was my Ultra Sound Technician for my appointment (first ultra sound for my first baby - therefore everything was new to me). Lana was incredibly kind, professional and personable and made my experience fantastic. She walked me through each step and was thorough in her explanation. Will certainly come back for my next ultra sound (Hopefully I am lucky and have Lana again :) ).

Adam and I had such an amazing experience with Lana. She took her time and was very thorough throughout the ultrasound. She took the time to explain what she was doing and made our experience one we will never forget! Lana is extremely knowledgeable and such a kind woman! Impexxus Medical Imaging - Whitby
Its rare I give out five stars but this place deserves it. I went in for an X-ray for my grand-parents, there was No hassle from the receptionist, we were checked in fast and in a couple minutes it was our turn to get scanned, the technician was patient in explaining how to arrange himself on the machine. I was allowed to stay and help throughout the whole process and we were in and out in 15 minutes!

Impexxus Medical Imaging - Whitby
I went here for my first two ultra sounds (August & September 2022) and both experiences were amazing. The first technician I had was Lana (I requested her based on positive reviews on google) and she was amazing. Very personable and made the experience nice and enjoyable. The second technician I had was also female but I didn't catch her name. She was equally as incredible! I showed up with the wrong requisition form and the front desk wasn't sure how to help me, but the technician solved the problem promptly. Thank you for the great experience as a first time mom!

This was my first visit to Impexxus (Whitby) and I am very pleased with the service I received. I am especially grateful to my ultrasound technician Lana. Lana was very professional and friendly but what impressed me the most was her diligence when conducting my ultrasound procedure. She understood the impact of her work on my health and was extremely thorough when performing the scan. Thank you Lana!

Honestly I've only been to this location a couple times for ultrasounds but they've been great. The first tech I had was awesome and friendly, I unfortunately do not remember her name. My most recent was Lana and let me tell you - so good! She laughed with me, pointed out what things were, and honestly just made the experience feel way less medical and more personal and I so appreciate not being treated like some random number. Highly recommend this place and Lana! ☺️

My husband and I had Lana for our anatomy scan last week and she was phenomenal! We’ll definitely be requesting her again in the future :)She kept us informed the whole time explaining everything as she went (what we were looking at).
