this is now my new coffee supplier best i ever had. good selection of cigars too. Chico and the lady there are the nicest most helpful and great ppl there is. if I could I would give them 10 stars. well worth to stop by I will definitely go back for many yrs to come.

Amazing service and very friendly. Chico and his wife are very knowledgeable and set me up with a new humidor, cigars and coffee. The store is very clean and they have an incredible selection of Cubans and non Cuban cigars. I was offered a coffee while we talked cigars and spirits. Its nice to have a specialty cigar shop in town with owners who have the passion, interest and selection of quality products. Very happy customer and I will return for my cigars and cigar accessories.

Great place to shop for everything cigar related. Very friendly, health conscious and knowledgeable staff. Gave my wife a cappuccino while I tried on a shirt. Very happy with purchases (and discounts.) Gave me a nice gift box too.

Tried all the cigar stores in Kelowna. Cubanos is by far the best for cigar knowledge and service. I always look forward for my weekly visit.

Just a ridiculous place to visit if you have ever actually been to Cuba and smoke Puros, as we refer to them in Spanish. As a Venezuelan with Cuban friends I can guarantee you the costumer service at this store is nothing compared to our cultures. We’re friendly people, always proud to talk about our cultures and history which are directly linked to Puros of course, since they play a big role in our religions, for example, Santeria. People in this religion strongly believe Puros can heal and “purify” the soul and mind. Finally, I want to add that I no longer have any interest in coming back to a place where they rudely ask people to not talk about their history or even strike a conversation about their products. If I could give it 0 stars I would because I found my experience to have been very RACIST. No further visits from my Venezuelan friends should be expected either.

Best cigar place in the Okanagan!!! The quality and selection of cigars are amazing and the knowledge the staff have is paramount to choosing what’s the best fit for you! If they don’t have what you want, they’ll bring it in for you! Again I’d recommend Cubanos to anyone looking for a quality cigar. Also, they have a pretty damn fine selection of coffee also!Jay.

Classy place with a very great selection of cigars & other products, helpful & knowledgeable husband & wife, easy to talk with both of them. Great place.
