The technician came and installed 4 blue UV lamps in our 4 condo HVAC units. He was extremely, helpful and polite and did a good clean up when he had finished. I definitely recommend Climanetics They also do all of the maintenance for our very large condo building and are always quick and efficient with the maintenance.

Got paranoid about my old unit in my condo so had them completely replace it. Shopped around and they seemed to have the most fair price for how much attention they gave me while quoting. Went with them and everything is great! Not sure is anyone else is getting stressed about air quality while inside so much but at least this calmed my hypochondria.

The building I live in were useless in helping me upgrade my old thermostat. It was one of the older, condo specific units that you can’t just go to Home Depot and get. I called my old super and got the number for this company and wow. They were here within hours of my call and had everything replaced and working very quickly. Highly recommend

Also, I remember I call in the customer service and talking to a very friendly well spoken person by giving all my info. But she seems she did not knew the full price yet because she told me she was new. That does no matter at all. Great service and pleasure dealing with Climanetics. The furnace in my condo was repaired quickly and the technician was very friendly, professional and showed me what the problem was before repairing /changing the parts. I had three thermostats replaced in my condo. It was easy to make decision based info from receptionist, who knew the rquiements of my building. Eric, the installer, was on-time, efficient and professional, and left the site as he found it. He showed me how to operate thermostats. I was completely happy with my experience with Climanetics!

Excellent service from highly trained professionals. Installed 3 units in 4 hours. Very clean and tidy. Units all working quite well. Am totally pleased.

This company is contracted by my condo for general maintenance, and they broke my heating unit at the worst time possible. Now they are stating I need to pay for a new unit, and quoted me 3 times the amount 2 other companies quoted for the same unit. Their customer service is horrible and their technicians are horrible. If I could give a negative 5 star rating, I would. STAY AWAY!!

I called Climanetics last Friday to schedule a repair to my fan coil unit. The woman I spoke to on the phone was initially helpful and pleasant, and she called back that afternoon with an appointment. I was impressed by the quick turnaround and felt positive I'd found a great company. Unfortunately I was in a meeting when she called and couldn't pick up, and by the time I was able to call back, I discovered Climanetics had closed for the weekend. Fair enough. I called back at 8:45 a.m. on Monday and apologized for missing the call, and was treated extremely rudely in response. She berated me for not calling back (even though I explained that I'd tried, and missed their service hours because of a meeting) and snapped that she goes home at 4:30, and now the appointment was gone. Although she said she would call back with the next available appointment, I've never heard from them again. I called again the next day and left a detailed message asking for a return call to schedule service, and nothing. I would have still sought their business even despite her poor phone manners, but the lack of further acknowledgement forced me to take my business elsewhere.This is incredibly poor customer service. People have busy lives and shouldn't be penalized or lectured for missing a call, especially when they make the effort to call back and apologize. Maybe she was having a bad day, who knows, but I guess whomever books appointments for Climanetics is more interested in making prospective clients feel bad than securing their business. It's petty. Based on this experience, I will never seek out their services again, and I won't recommend them to others. I can't comment on the quality of their service because they didn't seem inclined to give it to me. I hope other prospective clients have better experiences than this, or that at least the person who takes calls in the office learns some proper phone etiquette in future.

I had a service guy named Can show up to do a retrofit of my unit. He was clean, courteous and explained everything in detail. He has full PPE equipment and did a thorough job at a competitive price. Also would like to thank the customer service desk for moving so quickly. Thanks!
