This is a great store. I've been going there often in the last year as I'm trying to complete the MoonSwatch mission, to include all the different variants into my collection. The sales staff is very friendly and knowledgable of their products. The manager does a great job helping customers, while dealing with a high demand for certain models but with a limited availability. This can be frustrating for some customers, but the staff and store manager strive to make it as painless as possible with their positive attitude. It's nice to visit a business where employees seem happy to be there.

I found the staff and owner to be super friendly and helpful. Their selection is second to none. The fine people of Montreal should count themselves lucky. I have been literally all over the world and this shop is the best.

I have been a SWATCH customer for many years and consequently have visited many SWATCH shops around the world -I have never encountered such good customer service and such a friendly and professional staff !! It is one of my favorite stores in Montreal and I definitely recommend to shop there !!!

Just stopped by and picked up a moonswatch from here. The staff was incredibly friendly and made the experience very enjoyable. I’m here on vacation and they made my experience very memorable for sure. Highly recommend going to this location specifically.

Very low quality. I also had a horrible experience with JY on June 19th, who completely refused to help me even though my watch was still under warranty and stopped working because of a defect that I had already signaled (and last time I got a replacement watch and extension of the warranty as per their policy). Completely unacceptable and outrageous behavior. JY pretended to know everything even though she didn’t look at the warranty for a second, saying “I have been working here for 2 years so I know all about it, it’s not covered”. Except it is. Never buying here again, and I have been a customer for more than 10 years. It would have been very easy to just replace the watch as the warranty says is the procedure in such cases.

Always wanted to get a mercury moonswatch but live in a city with no Swatch store. Visiting Montreal and deciding to try my luck at the Swatch boutique downtown. I did not see it on display, but the friendly staff told me they have one in stock. Transaction was smooth and minutes later I had the handsome watch on my wrist. Merci!

Six months later after my initial post... I have finally bought my top four fav Swatch x Omega collab watches from this amazing store. I cannot say thank you enough for Jy, Rose, and everyone who works there for helping me find the last missing piece. Love the store and staff :)P.s. sorry I cant remember all of your name.It is not easy to manage a store where there is a daily queue up before the opening for the Moonswatch since stock is still very limited. Jy and her team have been doing their best to make sure every watch falls into real collector hands and not the flippers.Thank you for the pleasant shopping experience.
