MVS Canada - Car Shipping - Halifax

I was impressed with every aspect of the shipping from quotes, communication and how fast the vehicle was shipped. I was given 24 days for the car to move from Edmonton to Halifax but it took just two weeks which is impressive. I will surely recommend MVS for your car shipping needs.I am yet to pick up my car and I hope there will be no concerning situations when I pick it up.

BEWARE: Unacceptable ServiceIt's been a horrible experience with MVS. You will see glowing reviews but that's far from what we experienced. In their website they have an average shipping time of 22 and we were quoted 18 days. We decided to get their service because of their quote as it is better than what was shown on their website.It is now the 27th day and our car is still not delivered. This is the worst service we have experienced in Canada. Never getting nor recommending their service ever. We reached out to their customer service team and we are only getting generic delay excuses. We feel like there is a 2 tier customer service in their company as you see glowing reviews but there are also horrible experiences just like what we are experiencing.We've racked up over a thousand in car rental expenses because of their delays. Complete horror story. DO NOT BELIEVE the reviews. Beware of this company.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Prompt and immediate response.The responses will be only email not on phone. Exceptional email write ups on what to expect and what to do.In my case the delivery date was 2 - 3 days later than initially expected. But they did update the delivery date to reflect the reality. No complaints. The car had no scratches etc.Over all good. Pricing was on par with Market.

Shipped vehicle from Vancouver to Toronto. Service was good and aligned with the information that was provided throughout the process. The reviews online were worrisome when I first started to explore shipping with MVS but the price was too hard to beat. The app was great and worked well for uploading pictures before shipping. The status updates along the way were positive and nice to get. I wasn't in a rush to receive my vehicle but it did arrive with in the quoted arrival window (earlier than anticipated which was nice). Previous reviews made mention of negative customer experiences with staff but I didn't have any of those. It's all business -- follow the instructions, inspect the car, drop the car, await updates, inspect on arrival, pick up the car. It's not a white glove service model if that's what you're expecting. Reviews made concerns about stuff in car going missing. We made sure our car was empty except for winter tires. No issues there. Most affordable rate going, car arrived on time, no damage/issues. Robyn at MVS was quick to respond and provide support. Would recommend.

Shipping my car from Montreal to Calgary turned out to be an incredibly smooth experience. All along the process I could talk easily to a real, friendly person with answers, the instructions were beyond thorough and clear, I was updated about where the car was regularly and it arrived in perfect condition. Price was less than I had imagined and easier than driving it myself for four long days. I don't write many google reviews but this company really delivers and it was all so pleasant. Only complaint? A map to find the drop off point would have been helpful but even that didn't matter. When I was lost in the rail yards a real person answered the phone immediately and helped me figure it out. Really impressed all along the way.

I have previously had a vehicle sent to Victoria BC last year.With the wonderful service I highly recommend the MVS Company who needs to transport a vehicle as I did.With that said, I purchased a vehicle in April of 2023 from ““Campus Acura” in Victoria where your Company again picked up the vehicle from the dealership ship and sent it back to Calgary.Very impressed with the price, no issues with the car and your service is excellent.SincerelyJoy

MVS provided me a great service since day 1 with very responsive communications and quick updates regarding the location of my vehicle throughout the intire process. My vehicle arrived at my destination almost a week before the estimated time and no issues found. I strong recommend their service.

I had a long distance car shipping service from Ontario to Alberta with MVS. Everyone was so attentive, responsible and helpful. I'm so glad they offered me a great and affordable service. It was the best option in the market. They sent me updates, informed me if there were any delays and answered all my questions in every step. My experience with MVS has been great! They send updates through email, calls to verify order, etc., very friendly and easy to work with staff. The pick-up of my vehicle was on time, and delivery was super quick! They advised me 11 days but reached the destination in 4 days!!! I'm super impressed! Thank you MVS and your partners!!! I will recommend MVS!!!
