We were so pleased To meet Tyler( a member of your sales team, in Prince Albert Leons.) He was articulate and helpful. We really appreciate dealing with such a respectful young man.

I purchased furniture in September and waited 2 months for the delivery.One day ahead, I paid the full payment and especially asked for any wear/tear warranty. Front staff said our furniture comes fully packed in boxes. Attached picture shows how I received my delivery.Sofa came wet and dusty. Their were no packaging you never know if it is a Display sofa from their store where hundreds of people sit on it every day. No safety gear used while carrying it. They literally dragged it on the floor and rubbed against the wall.We explained it to sales manager but he was rude enough and straight lied by saying we never said it will come packed.Thanks Leon’s It was our last purchase from this store. You will never get business from our family and friends!Update: To the owner’s reply below:1) If item is unpacked without asking customers, then why not pack it again without asking customers? If item is opened for inspection by store. Clearly, It means items was not checked properly and sofa foot came damaged.2) Yes, I said No to return like I mentioned above sales manager was rude and I already wait for it for 2 months.3) It doesn’t matter if business is opened for 30 years but doesn’t give anyone right to follow bad business practices or don’t value customers hard earned money.4) Pictures are showing sofa and damaged wooden sofa feet.No one contacted me since delivery, I was the one contacting store, soon after this review I received a call from store owner to not come to this store. He is not respectful towards other communities.Truth cannot hide.

I don't remember consenting to SPAM PHONECALLS!!! You have to listen through the whole advertisement before they say the number to stop the calls. I don't know what CENTURY they live in, but I will not return to this store in the 21st. They were fine to deal with, even though the mattress was overpriced.EDIT:What makes you think I purchased a mattress during your VIP event? IS this event all the time?I did call and left a message never to call me again. Then around Black Friday 2022 I was called again! Unbelievable. Expecting an important call, and I hear about your black Friday deals! You can be fined for spam emails, but these calls are way more offensive. NEVER SHOPPING WITH YOUR COMPANY AGAIN.

Bought my desk here recently, everything was easy and the point ( which is great for me ) I'm not sure different it was the Gm or owner that helped me but he was super nice and from him to the front desk I got treated well, thanks guys!

Always deal with Lindy, very friendly, knowledgeable, answers all the questions we have. Informs you regarding delivery dates and keeps us updated when our purchase is expected to arrive or has arrived. Offered to help us set-up our TV purchase for the best picture quality.

My concern is the way we were explained billing which did not agree with our verbal agreement. We were told we would not be charged the tax on one piece of furniture. The fact was the sales person did a discount on the purchase price and then placed tax on the discounted price. This was not the agreement. When my wife went into question she was treated with disrespect by the sales person. The pricing was never settled to our satisfaction and we will not shop at Leon’s again.

We recently purchased a Maytag stove from Lindy. Exceptional service yet again. Lindy was excellent to deal with, listened to what we could afford and what options we were looking for. Found us the perfect stove for a great price. Our experience was nothing short of amazing from first visit in the store right down to the delivery. Delivery guys were super friendly, brought us our stove at a time when it was convenient for us and were excellent to deal with. Lindy is our go to guy for all things appliances and furniture. We will definitely be back next time we need something. Keep up the good work!

Ordered a couch and love seat from Leon’s. My salesman Brady was awesome and answered my many questions and really worked around my schedule and my budget. Delivery was excellent. Great communication in regards to when they were coming, put right in my basement and legs put on couches. Much better sales and service from Leon’s than I’ve gotten in the past from other furniture stores in PA

Don’t purchase at this place.Too bad experience after purchasing a coffee table on no tax event. We purchase a coffee table .they said they don’t have in stock so they can order so we pay for it $469 Price posted I mean full price.After a week sales man called us that price went up $719 now so we have to pay difference so if we want then he can order but we have to pay the difference.otherwise they don’t give us.how fair.I’ll Never shop again at this place .let know my friends too.
