This is the only food bank I've seen or heard of that allows you to PICK what you need. It runs on a point system, and you use your allotted points to pay" for chosen items. Every person I've met (staff/ volunteers) are extremely kind

Great place for anyone who is in a financial hardship. Easy access to the food bank. Very friendly and not judgemental.

The staff is very ignorant and think they are better then the people that come for help. Some of the staff they have are very polite and understanding. Had a incedent today where one of the staff members yelled at my niece

Best food bank by far in Peterborough. They treat you with respect and are always quick and efficient in helping people get through quickly. The volunteers are wonderful and always friendly!

My friend uses this service but lately there has been HUGE lines and she has medical conditions so she can't stand in that line for that long. If I lived closer I'd help but now she hasn't had food for herself for a month! She has had to use these services before but they must be lacking staff to be putting people through that kind of service when they're coming to get help. People rely on you guys to get through sometimes and I don't know what needs to be done but you all need to reorganize or come up with pre registration online. This is so sad.

Extraordinarily kind and generous people. Very well organized. Have on rare occasion encountered an angry or judgemental volunteer - the organization seems to know who they are. Kindness and warmth of the majority more than make up for the behaviour of the few. Would have given them a 5 but location has 3 flights of stairs in and out and is therefore not accesible to persons with walkers or other mobility challenges, many of whom being disadvantaged more than most could really use the support of a food bank and the kindness of people like these. Accessibility is a common problem with resources for people of low income in PTBO. Perhaps funding for a lift could be raised or applied for?

Always very friendly and accommodating never feel like I'm a lower member of our community by the incredibly generous and thoughtful volunteers ( who by the way seem to absolutely love helping in the most genuine way) everyone is always greeted with warmth and a welcoming smile nobody is ever unwelcome

I needed a helping hand and they were there with open arms. They took me around the food bank and helped me get the things I needed and made sure I was getting the right stuff. They were kind and understanding going back tomorrow

Being that I'm disabled and Have 16 year boy that's 5/10 and ways 250. I found this helps me so I don't hear I'm hungry as much. I don't know what I would do if they were not here. Thank you so much I appreciate it ,and thank you Google for your made me think about them .

Very friendly, welcoming staff. Helped me get items to my car. Only disappointed there was little produce, but since they are dependent on donations it could have been just an off day.
