I have an old Jennair that had two elements not working. Mike helped me find the “out of support” replacement pieces and fixed the non-working elements. It was not an easy job and I know investigation was required. So thankful I did not have to give up my stove. I definitely recommend Mike. Great service.

Based on Google reviews I reached out to Mike to fix our refrigerator. Over the phone he diagnosed the problem, gave us immediate instructions for a short term solution and within one business day arrived with a new electronic control board to install ... and voila, our 12 year old Maytag fridge is fixed. We likely saved $1,750 by having Mike fix it instead of buying a new one. Returned my call, showed up when he said he would, did not charge me to diagnose the problem, provided the solution.

Mike is simply unbelievable. We always wonder, is it worth a repair bill it just buy a new one. Mike was definitely worth it for us — replaced a washer clutch and a couple weeks later was in and out in 10 minutes fixing the dial on our dryer to enable it to start.Knowledgeable, polite, thorough, economical.

My double door Whirlpool fridge started leaking, so I called a couple local appliance places, and none could service that specific model. I then called Whirlpool directly, and they set me up with one of their contractor's. The soonest they could come was 3 weeks. I also Googled the company they referred me to, and they only had 1 star reviews across the board. Since my floor is hardwood under the fridge, and it was dumping a lot of water, I couldn't wait 3 weeks and so kept calling around and eventually found Mike Cloutier.I contacted Mike and left a message after business hours. He was kind enough to respond by text the next day first thing. I explained the problem and sent him pictures of the fridge. He told me that it wasn't a fridge he serviced, but he was pretty sure he knew what the problem was. However, he said he wasn't a 100% sure, so he thought I should try and find someone who could definitely fix the problem so as not to waste my time or money. I explained no one else was willing to try, and that Whirlpool themselves wouldn't come for weeks. He told me he would try if I really wanted him too, but since the fridge is built in, he said if the problem was in the back, he wouldn't be able to fix. I should also mention that he was 45 minutes away, and only did this as a favor to me since I couldn't find anyone else.The company Whirlpool referred me to wanted to charge $130 to just come look at the problem. Mike gave me a very reasonable price beforehand, and said that's what it would be to fix. He researched the issue before he came, so there was no gouging or assessing the problem and then coming back again for the real work.He came as promised and fixed the problem quickly. Really nice, upfront guy. It was a real pleasure doing business with him, and I can't recommend him enough. It's been hard getting service people to come fix issues during Covid-19. So, it was great for someone to actually show, do the work well, and charge a fair price.

Mike is a dying breed.The other local appliance repair businesses wanted us to commit to their evaluation fee so they could surprise us by over charging for a simple job.What Mike cares about is customer satisfaction, even if you're not a customer!We had an issue with the pump in our washing machine until I spoke with Mike. After I explained the symptoms he told me that it was a simple fix I could do myself, quickly ran me through it, and that was that.Mike saved us a lot of money, as we were initially going to use one of these shady places who refuse to estimate costs before they get you on the hook for their fee.When something goes wrong that actually requires a repair man, you'd better believe we're calling Mike Cloutier, and if you want service from someone who cares about more than just your money you will too.

Remember service? When people came when the said they would and cheerfully did what they promised professionaly? Our fridge quite 10 days before Christmas. Mike diagnosed the problem over the phone after asking me a few questions, and projected one or two day to get in the parts (on an older model GE) and make the repair. He was in touch several times by text message with updates, arrived exactly when he said he would and quickly repaired the fridge. All was completed in the realistic time frame he had suggested. I would highly recommend him for repairs to any home appliance. Top quality work at a very fair price.
