Locker was empty but the floor was filthy and covered in dirt and dry mud. Inside dimensions measure slightly less than the advertised 10ft by 10ft.I have still not received the email containing the rent agreement, insurance details, or methods and dates to make payments by.This electronic survey lastly asks me to check the box to agree with the terms of service and I've yet to have them even shown to me.

Had a problem with our unit, and your staff by phone (Arlene B.) helped us a lot by communicating with the maintenance guy and us on how to fix and move our stuffs on a different unit. Although the moving wasn't easy as it was not intented and weather was nasty, arlene was very patient to call us and understand the situation we are in.
