I was referred by my dentist for wisdom teeth extraction. Every single interaction with each member of the team was pleasant. Dr. Kertesz explained my procedure thoroughly. The anesthesiologist and nurses were compassionate and eased my anxieties. The post-surgery nurse was attentive and compassionate! Excellent experience and a professional team.

If I could give 5 stars over and over I would. Dr. Psutka has changed my life. I suffered from TMJ for 7 years. My life was painful. I had to quit my job, and change so many basic things in my life. Dr. Psutka took his time to listen to me and understood my suffering. After years of trying non-invasive methods that did not improve my TMJ, he did an arthrocentesis surgery on my jaw 2 weeks ago. I know it has only been 2 weeks but wow, I feel like a brand new person. It is the first time in my adult life that I feel pain free and …normal. Thanks to Dr. Psutka and the incredibly kind + professional team, I had a very smooth procedure & recovery. Thank you so much for allowing me to have a happy life now!!

Dr. Psutka is not only an expert in what he does but also very attentive and kind. From the first meeting to my follow up appt after my surgery, my entire experience was amazing. I was a bit scared about my procedure but he was reassuring and made me feel comfortable. I never felt any pain which was certainly a plus. Highly recommend his office for surgical procedures.

What a nice doctor. I wish more were like him.Did not rush me at all on any appointment.Also was clearly not after money as there were considerations to take some other teeth out but he really weighed out pros and cons having me choose to take out fewer.He was really compassionate about my anxiety and didn't make me feel bad when I told him going under was scary and going to be difficult for me. The whole time I felt like I was in great hands and he walked me through everything. He also reassured me dealing with anxious patients is all just part of the job and that I was going to be taken care of.He did a solid job on my wisdom teeth surgery. I didn't have to take a single pain med post surgery, just antibiotics. maybe I'm just lucky but I didn't swell up either.I am so impressed with this clinic. The front staff, the nurses, the anesthesiologist and Dr.Psutka did an absolutely incredible job. Other places really need to emulate the level of care and attention.

Dr. Psutka was great! I have to disagree with the negative reviews on here. I feel some should be a bit more understanding and realize you will end up waiting when going to a doctors office - regardless of where you go. Dr. Psutka explained everything well and helped calm a lot of my nerves about the dental process and gave me lots of hope for the future. The staff working were all friendly and took all the necessary precautions during COVID. I would rate my experience a 10/10

My daughter was a patient of Dr. Psutka over several years, during a series of complex surgeries due to a health condition. Beginning at the very first meeting, Dr. Psutka was friendly and welcoming at every single appointment. He was very informative about each stage, always approachable for any questions we had, and we quickly felt totally sure that we could entrust our daughter’s procedures to him. The end result was absolutely wonderful and life changing for our daughter. Dr. Psutka is an incredibly skilled surgeon, and we wholeheartedly recommend him.

I don't appreciate the receptionist calling me the day before my appointment and changing the time I had scheduled with this dentist 5 months ago! These oral surgeons don't seem to realize that I don't live around THEIR schedules. I had work done at this office years ago and this is the SECOND time they have called to change my appointment. This demonstrates a lack of professionalism and lack of respect for the patient. I booked my appointment FIVE months ago and now the dentist wants me to change my appointment AGAIN? The owner of this practice has never done this to me but the oral surgeons who work under Dr. Psutka have no problems calling me at the last minute to accommodate them. These young oral surgeons will NEVER have a successful practice if they continue to treat their patients as second class citizens.

Had all four of my wisdom teeth out at this office roughly 6 months ago. Although I was extremely nervous, the nurse that consulted with me before the surgery was so kind- I sadly forget her name but she was gentle, caring and brought me a blanket to help calm down. I felt like I was in very good hands with Dr. Psutka and the team there. I healed very fast and within 4 days was back to work and within one week was back to my normal diet and activities. The only comment was some of the team at the front desk can be a bit abrasive. I would have appreciated if they had been friendlier and more welcoming, especially when coming in for surgery and people can already be extremely nervous and tense, it wold have been nice to see a smile and treated a bit more kindly. The nurses and doctors though were lovely!

It was recommended I go see Dr. Psutka after I severely broke my jaw a number of years ago. I am out of province and the wait time for my surgery ended up being four years. Although this was a long time it was well worth the wait to have Dr. Psutka do my surgery! After breaking my jaw I had 15% functioning, severe daily chronic pain, and difficulty speaking, chewing, and swallowing. Dr. Psutka was able to repair my jaw by giving me joint prosthetics and correcting my bite to provide me with 95% functioning and much less pain. My overall health has become significantly better and I am very grateful for this! He did a fantastic job on all aspects of my surgery and I've had a great recovery. Dr. Psutka was extremely kind, compassionate, professional, and transparent with me about my situation and throughout my surgery process. He was clear about what I could expect from my surgery and what my recovery would be. I am very fortunate and privileged to have Dr. Psutka as my surgeon and am grateful he continues to benefit society with his knowledge and expertise!

Dr. Psutka is one of the nicest, well spoken and knowledgeable physicians in his field. He and his staff helped my son feel comfortable and talked him through any anxiety he was having as this was his first time under anesthesia by explaining step by step what they were doing and what to expect. Every staff member from reception, nursing, anesthesia and recovery were so kind and informative. I felt my son was in good hands. He had 2 wisdom teeth removed and recovery is going very smoothly. We felt very prepared postop after being given detailed explanation on recovery. Thank you to Dr. Psutka and staff for all your help!
