Christian has been very professional and compassionate to speak with and do business with.A house I manage got a cockroach infestation last winter and they were quick to come. It was pretty bad and I had a general contracting company spray before and it didn't help at all.After one application we started seeing hundreds of dead cockroaches the next day. It took me a long time to clean up the dead ones everywhere. Over the next month there was still the occasional one noticed that came out and they gladly came again in a hurry to spray a second application as per their 6 month guarantee! Afterwards, Everything seemed good. Some dead ones were still found here and there for a while but nothing alive.Fast forward 4-5 months, I'm getting the place ready for tenants. I hire some cleaners and the cleaners pull the fridge and see a dead cockroach. They take my money and leave without cleaning the place and start telling people the place is infested with cockroaches. I call Christian and tell him what happened and with great sympathy he schedules someone in as quick as possible within their schedule for inspection(even though we are all sure theres no live cockroaches left). 2 days later I get a written report, confirmed that there's no sign of any cockroaches but just for good measure knowing that I got ripped off by cleaners, they spray the place a 3rd time at no charge even though it seemed unnecessary.I can't suggest any other company after the great communication and way I've been treated here. Though I hope I never have to use them again for any property I manage, if I do, I won't think twice and will recommend them to anyone with similar issues.Thank you- Paul

Chris came out the same day we called to do the assessment and was out in a couple of days to do the heat treatment which was appreciated. Joe and Chris both came back the next day to let us know how it went and answered any questions we had. Just remember to put away anything that will melt in your cupboards including chocolate chips!!

Joel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was very thorough and professional in helping with a few bats which had found their way into my home. He responded immediately and was flexible in offering a variety of services and solutions. I was very impressed.

Christian and Joel were fantastic. Christian was very patient, thorough and quickly responsive when I had many questions about a very frustrating experience. Joel was super kind, thorough and extremely knowledgeable about explaining to my why and how the bed bugs shouldn't come back. Joel came back a second time just to make sure everything was gone. He was very understanding and thorough again knowing I was super nervous about the bugs coming back. He took his time to explain the science of a bed bug to me so I knew how to prevent them from coming in again, and if they did how to try to quickly get rid of them. I hope to never have to deal with this situation again but I completely trust Joel and Christian to deal with these annoying bugs if it ever happens again.
