I LOVE Foundation Reformer Pilates studio! I feel that it's the best pilates studio on the North Shore. The instructors are the best, the staff are amazing, the booking app and communication from the studio is fabulous and the results are the incredible. It's intimate, super clean and covid friendly!

Love Pilates with Olga! She’s very knowledgeable and teach you how to do exercises correctly constantly so you won’t have any discomfort or even pain after classes with her and will not be wasting your time to do smth.incorrect that can’t help you improve your technique and body strength and shape!Studio itself could be a little bit cleaner.
