I had Sylfirmx rf needle treatment with Shawn Chan. She is great, demonstrated professionalism and in-depth knowledge about the treatment. She massaged the numbing cream into my face, which made a huge difference in the following treatment. She is so particularly detailed in her treatment. Great experience, hopefully I can see her again in my next treatment!

Today is my 2nd time doing Exosomes MNM micro needling and overall it was a great experience. Amanda is so professional in explaining everything to me and she is so gentle and skillful when she does the micro needling procedure for me. I could see my skin look better and brighter after the facial. My first micro needling facial was also done by Amanda too. I highly recommend Amanda because her gentle and skillful hands really make me feel good and confident.

I called in for an IV appointment. The front desk didn't know exactly what I asked for or answer my questions. My call was constantly put on hold every 10 seconds so she could ask their people in Chinese. I was told they would call back, but it's been more than a week, and no one has gotten in touch. With their high-rated reviews, I am surprised by the lack of professionalism and education. Be aware. We can't trust them with anything that will get into our bodies.

I had a great time here. Vivian was lovely, and professionally. She explained all my concerns and gave me professional suggestions. I feel comfortable with her every time. All the staffs are friendly. Highly recommend this place.

This clinic has a very comfortable & beautiful environment, and every staff member is very enthusiastic. Shelly & Monique is a very professional and patient ultrasonic scalpel operator, Serina is kindest person ever. Highly recommended!
