Waterton Lakes National Park Visitor Centre
Very informative & interactive displays. Modern, good parking, friendly staff, small gift area. I enjoyed the interactive displays, especially the one showing how the wildfires started & the time lapse. Amazing the whole town wasn’t destroyed. Kids and adults of all ages would like taking a walk through this place. Parking was good when we went but probably gets busier on the weekends. Toilets are clean. I found it very relaxing.

Building is nice, some paper leaflet information and exhibition with 3D map is not bad. Plenty of vehicle parking. Person on information desk was not informative at all, in fact what was given was wrong information. Was also very negative about the park and her life, which really did not need to hear.

Waterton Lakes National Park Visitor Centre
Thoroughly enjoyed the centre. The kids will love the tactile and light displays (I did, too). The short 4 minute animation about the night time and Indigenous stories was well done, for kids and adults. The map of dark sky viewpoints was really helpful. Staff were helpful if a little busy. Loved the mass timber beams. Bathrooms were good, too.

Waterton Lakes National Park Visitor Centre
One of our favorite northern mountain and lakes parks. Waterton is northern extension of Glacier National Park in Montana. The advantage of Waterton is that it is dog friendly and has Great Lakes. The campground at Waterton Park is almost as big as the town.

Beautiful tourist site. Lovely lakes and mountains, beautiful playgrounds for kids, ice cream, hotels etc. family rates/ groups $21.00. Great place for family vacations.

We had an amazing time here. The campsite was clean, and the size was good. The scenery was amazingly beautiful.

A great visitor center, lots of visual displays, beautiful building, but the staff are mostly summer students whom have limited knowledge, and this facility has no WiFi!

Waterton Lakes National Park Visitor Centre
Great visitor centre with all the facilities. The washrooms are nice and clean and the building is quite nice. If you are lucky you may see some of the very tame deer. However, like with all wild animals, give them space and do not approach them.
