Hands down best wholesaler in town! They cater to the small businesses that built Alberta and continue to offer a variety of solutions and stay ahead of the curve when it comes to the popular devices our customers want installed! Only downside and #1 reason we and many other companies don’t shop there as often is location location location. If they were located more central in town they would get a lot more business. Maybe with all the available lease space in red deer they might consider a relocation strategy soon... But love the staff, and that they jump when you walk in the door and appreciate your time and get you out the door ASAP , That part is what keeps me coming back vs the 20-30min line ups at the other guys !

The good:- Better products at lower prices than the big box stores. Once you try nylon wall plates, you'll never go back.- You can buy unusual quantities of switches or receptacles, and the price is still good - no need to buy a full box.The mediocre:- Their website lists the same version of products with different packaging, for example PHIICN2P32N35I ($4.32 more expensive) and PHIICN2P32N35M. Literally THE ONLY difference is the packaging, but the store stocks the more expensive version. Still far cheaper than big box stores, but mildly annoying.- Descriptions on their website are not consistent, making it difficult to compare different products. For example 2-gang hardware is sometimes listed as 2G and sometimes 2-gang and sometimes double gang.- If you make a large order, the cost of shipping goes up, not down. There's no way to make an order online and have it sent to a store for pickup (but you can email your order to a sales rep and they will do it for you).- No online way to check stock at a specific branch.- All sales final - no returns or exchanges. Choose very carefully. Not sure if they will bend this policy; I've never asked.- They don't accept cash; credit/debit cards only.
