My girlfriend had a fractured thumb and we were kindly and professionally treated by Dr. Melissa. She was very knowledgeable and we were confident trusting her instructions. Overall a great experience.

Great reception and parking. Had two appointments and didn't have to wait long when I got there. Went for treatment for vertigo where I couldn't walk straight for 3 days because of it....saw Brandon for vestibular therapy and within 2 days of my first appointment I was back to normal. Highly recommend clinic and therapist!

I see Alex at Lifemark for physio. Location is clean and inviting. Staff is always accommodating and professional. Good hours which can accommodate a busy work and life schedule. I’ve been going here for at least three years and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Alex has always been knowledgeable and friendly working with me to achieve my goals. He was able to help treat my elbow. I didn’t think I’d ever be able to touch my shoulder again but he helped make that possible after a year+ of not being able to bend my arm! That’s how I knew I had to go back to see him when I injured my acl. Thanks Alex for also being so good at explaining and teaching as we go and for supporting me through my acl recovery. If you’re looking for a new physiotherapist you want alex at Lifemark.

If you ever have an MCL sprain, make sure to go see Troy Szaura at Lifemark.Troy got me up and running in no time at all. His initial assessment wasn’t only detailed and thorough, but he explained everything he was doing and why in a personable manner. He was knowledgeable, and also able to breakdown everything into ways I could easily understand. Troy made me feel comfortable and confident that I could easily recover from my injury. If he gives you any exercises to do at home, make sure to do them! The exercises where easy to do and he adapted them to what I had available at home.5/5 would go back to Troy Szaura for all my future injuries.

Had an issue with vertigo when waking from a night's sleep. Made an appt with Lifemark and saw Brandon Vidal. He assessed my issue, symptoms, and immediately determined my outcome as having BPPV. Treated me and the next day, vertigo was gone. Don't know why I waited and suffered for a week before making an appointment. Follow up exercises were also provided to do at home. Very nice staff and great location with lots of parking! Will be back should my issue reappear. Thank you Brandon and LIfemark for being there for me.

I see a few therapists at LifeMark due to injuries sustained in a car accident, and everyone I encounter at this establishment is so kind and helpful. Melissa was my OT and she became someone that I really looked forward to seeing 2x a week, as we always had great conversations and she let me vent on and on. I also see Breanna and Andrea for physio, and they are wonderful people. All around a great place to go and receive treatment for pretty much anything!

I see Yasmeen for massage therapy at Lifemark, she is fantastic, very attentive to my needs and offers tremendous help and relief dealing with a chronic condition.Great location and plenty of free parking. I would highly recommend!

Had knee pain for years till the physio visit in Lifemark. Troy is simply amazing, he immediately identified the issue to be IT band so tight that it rubs the knee bone. So use roller to relax hip will loose up IT band (i.e., illiotibial band) ... it works!!While other physio services told me all kinds of issues (e.g., , MCL, LCL...).I can not appraise Troy enough for his professional knowledge, hands down the best physiotherapist!Now I can play basketball again without worrying about the knee pain.
