Small store ,very busy, if you're not white they don't treat you with respect

I went into this store to try on some jackets for sizing purposes. They have so much stock. Even though I was purchasing online for a better deal the staff was very helpful and friendly. For the quality of clothing the prices are very reasonable.

Caution needed at the White Oaks mall location. The manager at this location has horrible customer service. I purchased a winter jacket for $169.00. I brought it home and tried it on. When I bent down to put my boot on the zipper came apart from the bottom up. There was no way this jacket would last a winter. I brought the jacket back and explained what happened. While the clerk was starting to process the return a Lady interrupted us and said the coat looks like it was worn and they could not do a return. Only an exchange! I said I did not want another coat as this one was not good quality. I told her I wore it for less than 5 minutes before the zipper broke. The manager then became angry and made comments like these coats are not defective and she has never had someone return one. She kept insisting that I could not return the coat. Finally my persistence paid off and she angerly told the clerk to refund my money and stormed off. A poor attitude and a poorly made product.

Great options for winter jackets, boots and all other accessories. The quality here is top notch. You can get upto -50° C snow jackets and snow boots at great price. Also, there are always great offers going on. The customer service is great and the associates are very welcoming and helps you find what you are looking for. The mountain warehouse jackets are pretty good in winters and snows. The store is very clean, there are trial rooms inside the store and everything else you might be looking for. Must visit. The collection of items is great and I love the store.BUT the staff needs to work on their customer service (especially the young Asian man) Came to the store less a month ago and the person was so disinterested in helping us out in finding the right size of puffer jacket. First of all he made us wait for a long time. Finally when He told us there were none and just wanted to go back to whatever he was doing without actually looking. Later on after a long time of searching ourselves we found the item.He was very rude and absolutely not welcoming.

The customer service here is an absolute joke.They don't follow the return/exchange policy, stating that the policy is only on zippers of coats (which when I pointed out the company's actual return policy, they said they are following the return policy of their manager), so they probably have had so many returns they are screwing customers.Not to mention the fact it literally takes the main employee 40 minutes to do a return/exchange, and every single person in line was doing a return/exchange. The exchange in front of me, the employee had to call the manager on how to do it, and it was a simple straight exchange.Clearly the management of this location is screwing customers by changing the exchange/return policy, and also doesn't care about their employees, as they are left alone when not actually trained to do their job.I will never shop here again. The management has made the company lose business, and I'm sure I am not the only one.

I love this store. I don't always find anything there but the prices are pretty decent and the selection is great.

The lady who helped was very nice and polite. They have a good sale now
