I go in excited for my appointment every time, looking forward to catching up with Blanche, a dear friend now and leave with her beautiful work! I don’t live in Alberta and she always accommodates me and my hair appointments needs! A must visit for hair and extension needs!!

I ordered Bold Hold Active from this company. They sent damaged/frozen product. After I sent them the first picture, they sent me a new one. When the new glue (second picture) arrived it was also frozen. I then asked them if I could receive a refund and they disregarded my request and disappeared. Never got a refund and never heard from them again. Would not buy from them again. I only bought because stores were closed due to rising Covid cases.

Amazing service! Was able to get in on a cancellation for some dreadlock maintenance and was so impressed by the job! Very organized, and well taken care of salon!

I would absolutely recommend Keps for anyone who wants to get hair extensions done. I had never had them done before but my experience with Blanche at Keps was honestly the best. She made sure to answer any questions I had and went over and above to make sure I knew everything I would need to know about my hair extensions. She is extremely gentle and just made the entire experience so comfortable for me. She worked within my budget too which is a big thing especially these days where money can be tight at times for everyone. And truth be told my self esteem was really low when i came into her shop but by the time I left I felt so good about myself again and i couldn't thank her enough. Absolutely hands down the best experience I have ever had at any salon in my entire life!!!

Today, I had a horrible experience at Keps Beauty Hair Salon. I showed up at 10:30a to get crochet braids. I did not care for how she did my hair, I kept telling her that I wanted more volume of hair. Because Blanche was double booked, she did not have time to complete my hair, I was rushed out of the salon because she had other clients waiting for her. I was asked to come back at 7p. As I was driving home, some of the hair extensions fell out. So, I ended up going to a different hair salon in Red Deer to have the rest of the hair extensions removed and re-installed. What a waste of my time and hair extensions!!!!!Blanche, Your story isn't accurate. I was scheduled for 10: 15a, I was running late and I tried calling your salon multiple times to let you know, but nobody picked up the phone. You later realized your ringer was turned off lol... Last time you did my hair, it took you 3 hours, and the quality of hair that I bought from you was not the greatest, it was constantly tangled and matted. This time around I purchased hair elsewhere, and you spent 2 hours doing my hair because your other clients were waiting for you as well. As a hair technician, you should know how to work with ALL texture of hair, slippery or not. I ended up going to a different hairstylist, bought the same slippery" hair and the other person was able to crochet it without spraying water to hold the knot in place. Why would I pay for a service that I wasn't happy with

Beyond happy with my product. Was in and out quick and she did an amazing job. Knowledgeable and absolutely amazing!! Installed 28 micro bead extensions and I couldn't be happier!! Great customer service and wonderful woman. Thank you xoxoxo I will recommend you to everyone I know."
