Panarama Tower

My experience with Panarama tower was very good. I found the management to be very professional, considerate and responsive to the concerns of the tenants. They were also very attentive to the upkeep of the building. Thank you to all involved at Panarama tower for making my time with you a positive experience.

I have had a great experience dealing with on site property management staff.They are professional and very helpful.The apartment I have been renting is fair size and in good condition. The location of the building is great as well. close to everything.Recommended.

I like this building. It's very well located, has a lot of amenities, and is very safe. I don't see too many issues with the elevators, laundry room or pool. I think the building is actually well maintained. Lobby is always clean. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, especially Dragica. My apartment has a billion dollar view. You can expect issues that are to be expected in a large multistorey apartment building this size. But all in all, this is a good, clean, safe, well located building to stay in and it's mostly families and working professionals living here.

I have lived here for over 7 years, and in 2 different suites.The views are amazing and the staff is always fair, friendly, timely and responsive if there has ever been any issues or problems.Quick to respond and most of the staff goes above and beyond to be able to help when there is a crisis, (like a toilet needing to be replaced).The neighborhood is nice and there are many parks and amenities around to keep me satisfied.A literal stones throw away from a Save-On, restaurants, hair and nail place, and only a 15 min walk from Metrotown.The suites are a good size, even the one bedrooms, and the 2 bedroom suite I moved into just over a year ago, is modern and newly furnished.

Pros: great location, close to transit, stores, schools, parks. Great view on the North side. Good-sized apartments.Cons: Overpriced (particularly for 2020 rents levels)Old building, things seem to break down all the time.Poor, poor management.New management team was doing a pretty decent job until a year or two ago when Quadreal has taken over the management. Previous management wasn't maybe always solving issues to satisfaction, but at least one had the feeling they were listened to and got some kind of answer to their concerns.Since then I feel that things have been going downhill, to the point where we are contemplating moving out. Management doesn't seem to care much about tenants anymore, questions asked (in writing) often go unanswered, the old Yugoslavian woman down at the office is usually annoyed, and on a bad day plainly rude.It took 5 months to have rusty sinks replaced, and the replacement sinks were not new, one of them with a totally rusted plug chain. Shabby jobs on various repairs inside the apartment, had to have workers come back 2, 3, 4 times to repair the repairs.Chronic problems with the community garden" where the management acts by randomly disposing of parts of the garden as if it were their own private land to give as desired

I've lived here for a bit over four years. The ladies that run this place are pretty great. They work hard to resolve concerns and are also very nice. The building itself is very well kept. It is an older building so things like elevators and water aren't perfect but that's not the fault of the management, though they are quick to deal with those issues. I will miss living here - I hope I get to come back! The staff have surpassed most other building managers, in my experience, and that's important to me when renting.

The building amenities are fantastic, the outdoor saltwater pool and BBQ/Rec area are well maintained and are a great little retreat in the middle of the city. Building staff are fantastic, willing to help and quick to respond. The views from the large balconies are fantastic, and the units themselves are quite large. I have no hesitation recommending this property to anyone looking for a home!

Dragica, Crina and the team really do a great job around the place. They always respond quickly when issues arise. Cleaning and maintenance of the building is done very regularly. The outdoor space is also fantastic! Great place to live!!

This building has good size apartments and super-large balconies. The terrace is quite unique, with pool, barbecue area and an interior garden that I haven't seen anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and professional, and often they go out of their way to keep the renters happy. I have no hesitation to recommend this place.
