Atlantica Fine Jewellery

Was at Atlantica yesterday to get some batteries for my watches done. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of service I received from the owner Hazem. He took the time to fully inspect my watches (4 of them) he changed the batteries, and went above and beyond to clean the movement, and calibrate the chronograph on one of my watches. I offered to pay for the extra services he provided over the cost of the batteries and he declined and said it was his pleasure to help. Service and kindness like this is rare and I plan on continuing to go to Hazem for all my jewelry needs and will be sharing his services with my entire network. Great prices, and incredible service. 5 stars +

Brought a ring in for sizing and cleaning. The turn around time was super fast and thecrung looked like new. Pricing is much better than anywhere else checked. Service was top notch. Highly suggest to stop in.

I did not have work done at Atlantica Fine Jewellery, so I cannot comment on Hazem's proficiency with his craft. But I will comment on Hazem's attitude towards me which was abrupt and rude in his explanation of the piece of jewellery discussed.Hazem, you could have discontinued with the piece of jewellery at any time in the interaction during which I was patient and civil at all times towards you. I simply wanted an opinion on what you could do with the piece, and sometimes an assessment is required before work begins, being in the business you must know this, you could have stopped your process at any time. I did not pressure you at any time and would have accepted your refusal to continue. You on the other hand opened up the piece (you had agreed to do this) then you were not able to close it again, thus ruining the original state of this piece of jewellery, then you wanted payment from me to restore it. You were intimidating and rude towards me. And this is when I left. I was never anything but civil towards you throughout the interaction.I noticed you deleted from your first response to me the phrase resealed the pendant."You wanted to originally mislead readers that you in fact had resealed the pendant when you hadn't. So happy to have learned of this place. Hazem created a custom engagement ring and wedding band for me after my previous engagement ring (from another jeweller) was ruined. This new ring is so much sturdier yet remains elegant. He did amazing work and I couldn't be happier.

I stopped by here after having a shawarma across the street. I never wear jewelry but wanted to see how it feels. Mr. Atlantica gave excellent customer service. He let me try on a couple chains, even though I said I wasn’t serious about buying. When I have a bit more cash I’ll likely come back here.

Hazem is extremely knowledgeable, he does excellent work and I would highly recommend him. He made my wife's engagement ring and he did a fantastic job.

Hazem is the best. We built my fiancés custom made engagement ring from scratch and Hazem did an amazing job taking all my ideas and pulling it together into a beautiful engagement ring that my fiance loves and everyone drools over :)

My experience has always been pleasant at Atlantica Fine Jewellers. The owner is honest and professional and he gives such educational advice when it comes to my jewellery. He doesn't overcharge like a lot of the other jewellery stores and really listens to what I want every time. I haven't ever experience anything less then superb service and I highly recommend this store. I want the owner to know I am so very thankful for the work he has done for me and my family over the years...I know I will be doing more business with him in the future
