Made to wait 3 hours with a new born. Not acceptable

I’ve been going to this doctor for the last four years every time I go to her office it’s a minimum of a two hour wait… recently I’ve been dealing with some pretty serious issues she gave me some medication and told me to come back if it didn’t work immediately which I did ..again I waited two hours in the waiting room just to be told I wasn’t going to be able to see her I was told she would follow up with a telephone call which came at 8 o’clock in the evening and of course I missed it I do not have the time to go and sit in her office and waste two hours hoping that I see her as I work full-time as well.Her long time receptionist at the front desk is really quite inappropriate and very quick to tell you to go elsewhere if you don’t like the way things are I would not recommend going to see this doctor I’ve had high blood pressure and head tremors for over six months neither issue has been addressed as of yet and there doesn’t seem to be any kind of urgency to do so on her part save yourself the grief there’s many good doctors out there that are very time effective and respectful.
