We eat at several Calgary locations, and the food is always excellent. This location? Absolutely disgusting. I asked for “no mayo,”and I was given EXTRA mayo. The lettuce was beyond wilted. The bacon on my burger was closer to raw than cooked. At this point, I’m thinking that it will be a miracle if I don’t get sick. They’ve provided the most dissatisfying burger I’ve ever eaten (out of desperation, as I was working on a construction site and couldn’t leave to deal with this mess).

Very rude and unwilling staff. Asked for a sprinkle sundae and got old pebble looking rocks? Acted like they had no idea what I was talking about asking for sprinkles. Was over charged more than once. Asked for pup cup ended up paying for a small cone for a small amount of ice cream.. truly a joke here.

Great cutomer service and very nice people working there.Very cooperative and very relaxed.they knew what they were talking about, and they worked well with my kids to get them what they wanted.I will definitely be back here just because of the customer service I received from this place.

Went in to pick up lunch. Server seemed annoyed with our ordering. As if that’s not her job. Then we got our blizzard first, and it was totally melting and missing a lid, so it was going all down the side so we had to grab napkins and keep catching the ice cream. Then when we opened our poutine when we were home. There was parchment paper across the top of the poutine for some reason, pulling all the cheese all off and so half our cheese was pulled off and couldn’t be recovered because it’d take the paper with it.

Went to get a snack tonight and decided to try the new Fudge Caramel cheese cake blizzard. As we drove away I had a bit and was caught off guard because I tasted peanut butter and figured this blizzard wouldn’t have peanut butter in it. So we ended up going back and let the lady know that it was made with the wrong candies, I had even checked the website to make sure that I didn’t miss anything and it’s meant to be like that with Reese’s and rolos which it is not it’s just meant to be a fudgey caramel. Now we are so lucky we aren’t allergic to peanuts. So she said sorry took it back and went to go remake it, when she gave it back to us we had tried it again and this time we did have more cheesecake bites but with that came a whole lot more of the peanut butter cups. So for anyone that is going to this Dairy Queen be careful because the staff are very careless.Too add one we called after the second mess up and the staff member that answered was very rude and didn’t seem to care that one of the staff messed up and could’ve been a serious mess up. The management here seriously needs to smarten up and care more so their staff care more.

Terrible service all around. Slow drive thru, lack of actual customer service. Very rude staff. And food seems to be always mediocre. Recently went to buy a cake as it was on the way. If you want to buy a cake, better off getting it in Calgary. Asked if I could get Happy Birthday" written on the cake and was told there was only 3 staff working and they couldnt. There was nobody in the restaurant and 2 cars in the drive thru. It was also 8pm. First time a DQ has ever done that. After I left the lady who helped just wandered around the restaurant pretending to look like she was busy. Went home cake tasted freezer burned. Never returning to this location. And I agree with the rest of the comments on here. District manager of some sort needs to intervene. I see DQ responses but are they actually doing anything?!"

Waited in line in the store for 10 minutes at the till and not a single employee acknowledged us. Meanwhile about 20 Uber eats, door dash, skip, etc. Orders came through. Maybe focus on the people ACTUALLY PRESENT AT YOUR STORE before committing to these delivery apps. Never coming back, ended up walking out of the store with no food at all

Seriously did not want to believe what im being told about are DQ. Unfortunately its true… DQ is a franchise. The owner does not follow basic requirement as an operating franchise.On average these “Dilly Bars” and “Buster Bars” are each short approximately 30grams.I could understand if one or two were like that.Every single one is like that.So, your missing a whole bar each box!As there is 6 bars 30x 6 = 180 grams.This is a problem because its stealing.And its stealing through the use of a business. Its very deceitful.I’m sure many people can make profit off proceeds of crime using a licensed business to short people.Not to mention the blizzards and cakes.When i worked at DQ in 2008 there were instructions on proper amounts for everything! This included Blizzards (how many scoops of candy) etc… Doing something like this for a prolonged amount of time has likely saved a lot of product to re sell. This product has already been paid for 5x over.

Why list the hours online if they aren't true lol? Waste of time.Why would you answer the phone while I'm standing at the front door, tell me the closing time is 10, and keep the door locked while making eye contact? Locking the doors early isn't okay. Whoever was closing tonight definitely needs to know that the closing time isn't just a suggestion...
