I was supposed to get chicken with my salad as part of the price. They charged me extra and said nothing about it. When I got home I realized they charge me 5 for chicken and there was nothing I could do at that point. So disappointing. It cost me $16 for a salad. That seems over the top for a salad that had 3 toppings. Not going back.

This is usually the VERY best and favourite place to eat for me. July 2 a friend and I ordered 2 Bankok.... and it's delicious dressing makes it special but we were told that their dressing is a little spicier because it's changed. We ordered one regular and the other light on the dressing. We both got very DRY dressing and the taste that we did have of it, wasn't the same flavour as well as being extra hot. (to be fair, the gal had warned us about the spicy part which resulted in our decision) But my question to you at chopped leaf, if what you have is a winner , why did you change it? I was terribly disappointed, it's my favourite wrap. I know we have a lot of people in Surrey where spice is THEIR THING. Can you give the regular nice dressing for those who loved it that way and for the extra spicy" gang which there are probably a lot more of (but you can't unspice or just put a drop or it isn't the wrap we all came to love. Can you put some little spices on the side for those who are used to that?Personally it was so unenjoyable that at our pic nic I ate it

The quality of this location has been going down. Missing menu options, incorrect orders, and poorly made wraps are becoming more common. On my most recent order, my wrap had all the chicken rolled at the bottom and all the croutons at the top. It's not the first time this has happened, and makes the meal disappointing when all you taste is one thing or another.

Used to be really good until they completely changed the names and eliminated sizing options of all the menu items compared to other Chopped Leaf locations. They also started charging extra for a lot more ingredients than they used to not charge for (ie. rice in a bowl/wrap that previously already came with it, replacing a sauce even if you're getting none of the typical sauce, etc). Definitely not one of the worser Chopped Leaf locations in Surrey

This place is great!Atmosphere is chill and cool not forgetting the staff is amazing, big-shout out to shivani and her team they know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, lots of healthy options spicy chicken is my favourite.

The wraps are very good, and they are prepared at a pretty reasonable time! This place is like a “fast food of salad bars,” with plenty of options too. Their prices are pretty reasonable, except for the Chopped Water, but I highly recommend the Caesar wrap with shrimp added :)

I ordered the tuna melt along with 5 other toppings. When I got to my vehicle and opened the box I was surprised to find the sandwich was almost empty. I ordered cranberries, red and yellow peppers and others. I counted 2 cranberries and 3 - 4 pepper bits. Very dissapointing. And not a lot of tune. It did in no way match the photo. Now if I was at a fast food place that'd make sense. I took it back and received my money back. Over $14 worth. Won't go there ever again.

Once again disappointed at this location of Chopped Leaf. I love their healthy options but I’ve noticed the quality and portion size has consistently been going down. I ordered a whole bowl #3 w/ chicken and they forgot my tzatziki, plus the bowl was very skimpy in everything else.
