Lady at the drive through was cold, impatient and rushed us through the ordering process despite us being the only ones in the drive through. Yet we were still asked to park only to receive old fries and “supreme tacos” with pathetic portions. We asked for a certain number of hot and mild sauces only to realize we only received hot saves. The day after I felt off and feel it was from the sub par quality I received. Needless to say I’ll be taking a break from this restaurant for a while unfortunately.

Food was fabulous as expected from multinational franchise, but store looked like under staffed or may be not doing orders correctly in a sequence of first come first serve. Waited for almost 20 mins for couple value boxes. Is to that hard to serve veggie food. Moreover restaurant was not even that busy and promise time for order was 10 mins. I mean i wonder what happen to the people who have limited time for their lunch.

My girlfriend and I both ordered a crunch wrap supreme and they were mostly lettuce. It was like they were avoiding putting the regular amount of on the items. The same was true for gordita crunch and my doritos locos tacos. There was barely any meat on them. It's just a bummer that they are skimping on ingredients to make an extra buck.

Incredibly disappointed. I know that Taco Bell already gets a not so good name from their service. But I thought after paying 35.00 for 5 tacos and fries and being disappointed by meal I have to say something. My fries tasted like they were old and possibly re fried. Or left under a warmer.I feel like it cost Taco bell next to nothing to make a fresh batch of French fries ( or have a timer to get rid of the old fries ) I've included a photo of my gross fries. We have all had fries that have been left out so it's very easy to tell when fries weren't done right.Time was not in my favor tonight as I could not go back (nor should I have to go back).My service was good. The food was not. I will not be returning and hope that this message serves well if you would like to keep customers in the future.

The new location is very clean and modern looking. The charging stations are a nice touch. The food was hot and tasted great. The staff was friendly and professional. Excellent service!

What I ate: Doritos Locos Tacos (x2) and Supreme Fries.This taco bell is okay. Service was pretty excruciatingly slow due to a machine issue which I can't blame on them but it was still a bit annoying. Food was okay but the fries honestly tasted like how sweaty gym shorts smell. Cost is decent but it's kinda very meh food. If you've got a craving it's nice but really that's only when it's worth it.

My kids love taco bell so I continue to put up with this but this location does not run smoothly.I've pre-ordered from this location and had to wait 15+ mins for the order after the pick-up time. When using the drive thru I usually have to pull up to the doors and wait for a while even when I'm the only vehicle.Their google profile (which was business confirmed) says the drive thru opens at 10:00 and the restaurant at 10:30 - both open at 11:00 - which resulted in being late for my kids school lunch on this birthday lol.Like I said my kids love it so I'll continue to put up with it, but it's never smooth at this location so be prepared and avoid if you're in a rush.

Great food. Consistently delicious. Usually great service but today it was a 15 minute wait. They were serving all the customers arriving in the drive thru, and then got my order ready when drive thru customers were cleared up.I was impressed to see that when an employee arrived for work, they took his temperature before he started his shift.Although food took a long time to get, the person working on the front counter was very friendly and pleasant. They threw away my tacos that were sitting for a while and made fresh ones.My recommendation for this location if you want to dine in is to use the drive thru, take your order and then go sit inside.Overall, I do love this location. Food is dependably good and employees are friendly.

I made the mistake of going to this place. And did another blunder by choosing to dine in. After several mins of waiting places the order. And the waited for me order for what seem like ages, after sometime I lost my patience and the I went to ask what was the reasons for delay. The person working the cash told Me that drive through was a priority and that I have to wait. When I complained about the wait I was rudely handled. So I asked them if I had offended them in anyway, I wanted to check if I had triggered the irritation by any chance. She responded “no” but did not do anything to answer me. I think this place is understaffed. And the franchise does not care. It is very bad stay away from this place. If there is a negative star I will give that.***Stay clear of this place if you want anything that resembles service***
