I stayed in the museum for half an hour and learned about tsunami's, saw some beautiful treasures of the earth and got to be the weather lady for a moment. Really sparked a new interest! Cool and free museum.

A really nice place to find things about crystals, fossils, and the earth! Even though the place is kind of tiny

A little gem with several interesting exhibits that are fascinating if you have an interest in gem stones and impact of climate change, volcanoes, etc.

yea there r rocks n they are pretty cool very colourful rocks n gems but there was a dinosaur bone n i don’t think it’s a rock but otherwise very cool they had some diamonds too which is good but isn’t it expensive and are we sure they were not blood diamonds like that’s a bad thing

This place is very close to the Beaty Biodiversity Mesuem, basically just the building over. It's worth a visit if you are already planning to check out the Beaty museum. It's not very big but has a few cool interactive exhibits like the huge green screen and you can be just like meteorologists and give weather forecasts. There is also a dark room with a large interactive globe, minerals, and gems exhibit. You can't go wrong with a free museum, however you are able to make a donation!

small, by-donation, interactive museum. i recommend planning a trip to the Beaty Biodiversity Museum (paid) next door and including this museum in your trip. both are worth a visit
