Donald damaged my brand new treadmill while he was installing gym flooring. He's been promising me to replace the broken part for a few weeks, then he just stopped responding to my calls and messages. He also cut the wrong side of the floor tile, told me he's going to get a new one. On top of that he put my measuring tape into his tool bag and took it away, said he'd return it or get a new one. I've fully paid Donald and tried contacting him numerous times to get things right, but I've got nothing from above mentioned promises.

Most reliable person I have ever met. He worked around my schedule and made things happen. He works hard and is very knowledgeable about gym equipment. He disassembled my Mi7 smith machine and put it together in no time. I highly recommend his service!!

Donald and Abby showed up same day I called and provided excellent service. They were efficient with their work and overall, I had a great experience with these guys.

I normally don't go out of my way to leave a poor review but I've given Donald multiple chances to make things right. Initially when I had contacted him to install gym flooring for my business, he was prompt, quick and had very good communication. He would bring the gym flooring from the warehouse to my space, and install it within the day. He then advised me that the transition strip needed to be ordered as they did not have it in stock. It has been numerous text messages of me chasing after him to complete the job, and every single time he would promise to show up, and never does.Buyer beware, and do not make the same mistake as me and pay for everything in full before the job is complete. I am now left with unfinished gym flooring and he is nowhere to be found.

Donald is reliable, honest and extremely knowledgable. He does all the repairs for at the studio I work at. In the four years since working at this studio he has been the best bike mechanic we have ever used. We can count on him to get our bikes running quickly and trust the repairs he does. Donald's rates are the most reasonable in the city.

Donald is Dishonest and buyers please beware. After not showing up for a scheduled appointment to deliver and install a treadmill to my home i was sceptical to talk again with him.I agreed to give him another chance at delivery two days later. Donald was then identified on my property with cctv. I confronted him in my drive way, he had a backpack on and he asked for the money claiming that he needed the money to go get the treadmill. He didn't even bring the treadmill!!!! The day before he materialized unannounced on my property he had text messaged me an invoice with no tax value and the wrong address. Donad also asked for pictures of my home to see about the delivery space and i provided those.This was a three day process and i had nothing but wasted time and frustration to show for my time. This guy has freemotion treadmill ads and kaiser bikes as well as gym flooring ads on craiglist save yourself the exposure to the likes of this man. there were no measuremnts necessary to take and i was not engaged in a floor quote or estimate like he is trying to suggest. who would believe the guy would come out twice to deliver a product i agreed to purchase? please just clean your life up.

Donald is the person you want to connect with when it comes to anything fitness related. He's been in the business for a long time, and has all the knowledge and contacts needed to solve any issues, particularly beyobd warranty periods.I was looking for a replacement part for a spin bike and Donald quickly was able to locate it through his network, much faster than the OEM. He's able to complete installs as well, which is a huge help when it comes to managing large equipment.Highly recommend you reach out, even if only to chat through your ideas. Great guy to chat with, knows his stuff and helps you feel confident in purchases or repairs.

Donald did a wonderful job for us installing playground tiles for the floor of our deck. We wanted to have the floor insulated to reduce the noise for those below us. He was very competitive on his pricing, and did an excellent custom job for us, ensuring that the flooring tiles fit into the space. He was very careful and meticulous, and I later found out that he used to be a custom tailor, which explains his attention to detail. We were very impressed with the quality of his work and would highly recommend him.Although we initially installed the Rymar tiles for insulation, we actually think it looks nicer now too!

I can't say enough good things about Donald - he delivered and installed a new treadmill for me today, and he was easily the most knowledgeable fitness-product person I've ever met. He was also super polite, took great care to not damage anything, and made some great suggestions. Also has a great sense of humor and is ridiculously strong haha.
