The team of Frontier is incredibly knowledgeable, and put together all of the options that best suited my needs for my personal use as well as my work. They helped to supply me with lots of information from the moment I inquired about a new computer.From the talented sales staff (Cameron) that answered all my questions and offered excellent advice, to the technical staff (Saiful) that kept me informed as to the status of my new equipment and then how to use it, even taking apart my old machine to collect the data from my water-logged hard drive. -- Exceptional service, responsive and well informed. I bought my computer from here in early 2022. My husband had gone into the store and received fantastic service from Desmond. He helped choose the best computer for my needs. Since then I've had a few hiccups with the laptop however given it's under warranty they have been awesome! Saif has been fantastic and very quick to assist with any challenges that I have had. Would definitely recommend them.

I brought in my Lenovo laptop for repairs at Frontier PC. Saif was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. As a student, having my laptop die down was a very stressful situation, but Saif went above and beyond to help and provide me with exceptional service. I recently had a difficult service problem, requiring some innovative approaches and problem solving. Frontier's Vancouver technician, Saiful Alam took on the challenge and provided a service solution that was timely and well executed. As always Saiful was approachable, friendly and polite. My computer was extremely broken with a faulty hard drive and windows. The technician Saiful helped fix it, even calling later to check if everything was working properly. He also fixed my phone for free and was extremely helpful throughout the frustrating process. Very good customer service, would recommend!!!

Top notch service for sure! Professional, quick and friendly. The Technician Saiful knew I needed the motherboard repair quickly as I needed it for work and was leaving town. I brought it in on a Monday, he ordered the part and I picked it up fully repaired on Wednesday.

My daughter cracked her laptop screen and I had absolutely no help from Lenovo about a replacement, other than to point me here.I am glad they did, because Lenovo couldn't even supply parts for a 1 year old laptop. One of Frontier's helpful employees, Saiful, was able to recommend a 3rd party site to purchase the correct replacement part. After it arrived, they assembled it and the screen worked correctly, except there was some artifacts on the screen.Instead of charging me more $$$ to fix that additional problem, he recommended I just try reinstalling the drivers first. That solved the problem and left me with a much smaller bill for screen replacement than I had anticipated. Very helpful and would absolutely come here again!

Arrived with my damaged Lenovo laptop in hand and was given swift service. Frontier PC walked me through on how the process would look like. After bringing in my laptop for a diagnosis, I brought in my laptop again when my laptop parts arrived and received my newly fixed laptop the next day. Straight forward service. Informative and kind workers. 10/10. 5 stars.

My Lenovo laptop had a problem. The technician was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. The laptop was returned with a new motherboard in 3 days and works perfectly. Suggest anyone with Lenovo problems head straight to this store.
