Mr.Waseem does not understand the scope of his job. He gave my family and myself a lot of unnecessary grief. He cost us a lot of money. He states below that it can be shocking to find out about some of the deficiencies in your home. The only thing shocking was that he lied and made up deficiencies to look good. It is irrelevant if I am your client or not, you falsified findings in your report, there are items you did not test but you failed which is unethical. Mr.Waseem sounds very well spoken and polite in his response but he threatened to sue me over my truthful review. Instead of wasting your time and defending your company you should really consider taking some recurrent training to help you understand better how to execute your job better. I would suggest not using this man or company. I would give negative stars if it was possible!

Unreliable and disappointing service. I booked an inspection and the inspector cancelled it 1 day before it was supposed to happen. Very unprofessional. Didn’t even provide other availability. Not worth the price or stress. Better to pay market rate and have a professional do the work.

I have used Wasim’s services 3 times so far and scheduled to use him the 4th time over this weekend.He is excellent at finding faults in the house, he is very meticulous and checks every bit of details.My realtors hate him for doing such a thorough job and I’m sure he is a nightmare for sellers and their realtors.However he is an asset for buyer, out of 3 times I have purchased twice and the third service also resulted in a purchase for a friend. He is not for the weak heart folks as he finds faults (that is what I pay him for) and then the decision is mine, to re negotiate, reduce, accept or leave it completely. Having a man like Wasim by your side in a purchase is the best thing one can do.I strongly recommend his service for folks who are mature enough to accept the world isn’t a perfect place and there is no perfect house. If you want to know what are you paying for Wasim is the man to go to.
