Worst. Company. Ever.Placed an order on Nov 25, 2022. They charged my credit card right away with no updates since then. I called in today since they claimed they were updating their systems over the holidays and was told the order I had been eagerly waiting for for so long was cancelled yesterday due to inventory/logistics challenges. But I can place the order again on their website with a 20% off coupon which is the best they can do and pay literally double. AND THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY!!!Save yourself the hassle. Don't buy anything from this disaster of a company.

I placed a big order for flatware from their website. Just like others I got an email 2 days later that my order is delayed.My full order arrived 10 days later (I wish I had received a confirmation of shipping or tracking number)Overall fast delivery considering it was around boxing day and Xmas shopping back log.Overall, Very happy with my purchase as well. Looks great and very hood quality.

Stay as far away as possible. TRUST ME!I have placed an order on their website. The checkout amount was $230, I got charged $480 for containers.I reached out for to their support team and after 3 days of no response, they tell me that they can't do anything about it.As soon as I receive them, I will make sure to return and get a refund. Never dealing again with this poorly operated company. Disgusting!

We purchased their pots and pans, less than two years ago, when we called them to let them know of the issue we were having with the set, they requested I send them pictures of the defective pots and pans. They failed to acknowledge my email after sending the pictures as they had requested, after a few days we called them and they said they were not covered under their life time warranty due to the fact they were used under high heat, they are pots and pans

One of the worse Customer Service in Canada. They should close the place and get us service from the US site. They just do not care, they do not call back, My knife that I have send 5 month ago is still not back and there answer is. You'll get it when we get it. Please German head Office close this location so that Canadian people can receive a basic service after sale. Even the store that sales their product confirm that there serivce is terrible.

Your items are always backorder. You don’t send tracking numbers when you finally ship out items. They then get lost in the mail. 4 months later and 5 phone calls, still don’t have the items in my possession. Items which i paid for months ago. Customer service is useless and can’t even modify orders or reimburse client right away. There’s always another department to contact and then wait for. And never a confirmation email or follow through from customer service to know anything has been done. I have to call again each time if not they’ll just keep my money and not care that I never received the item. Forget about talking to a manager, they don’t exist. You can only get it touch with the call center in India.

I bought a ZWILLING Barista Non-Slip Milk Frother and Warmer.Don't get me wrong, I liked the product itself. Easy to clean and works well.That being said, after 6 months my milk was no longer frothed. It was hot, but no longer foaming. So I called the customer services to return the product to the company so that it could be repaired. They told me it could take 6 to 12 weeks to process…(what other choices did I had?). Luckily, I decided to pay an extra with Canada Post to have a tracking number. That’s when it all began…they told me they never received it (which wasn’t true), after that they told me they were processing it and that they had already sent it back. When I requested the tracking number, they said it wasn’t sent yet. More then 25 emails exchange later (because they will never call you, even if you’re requesting it), they finally gave me the tracking number. All that to realize it was shipped while I was on vacation for 10 days. I never received the package (probably stolen). I complain again to them so that they can ship another one, but it took in total more then 4 months for me to receive a new product and even as of today, they just sent me an email saying that I’m their top priority and they will ship it soon and they will make sure to do daily follow up with the logistics team”. That they were not able to ship it yet since there was a backlog issue (I received it a week ago…) They have no clue what they are doing or talking about. I will never buy from them again. I though they were a serious company

What to say. I truly thought I'd be giving them a 5 star. They get a 2.5. The knives themselves are for all appearances are well built and seem amazing for sharpness as they should be at $129.99 plus tax. As it's Christmas time all boxes are thrown out again as you would think that at $129.99 plus tax you wouldn't need to worry about returning them. I unpackage them, I wash them I then attempt to place each knife into its slot. Ones not fitting regardless of how many different combinations I tried. It then dawns on me that the knife block is the problem. I contact the company via email and wait patiently. I request something very simple, just ship me a new block. Easy and cheap given they are only an hour from me. They get back to me, their one and only offerWe are sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with your order.Please note that you will have to contact Amazon regarding your purchase as you are still within 30 days of purchase."This is not Amazon's fault

I wish I read these reviews before buying a stainless steel Henckels pot (with the Twin logo). I always buy Lagostona pots (and Mauviel - expensive but worth it) but decided to give Henckels a try. Purchased a mid size pot at Homesense ($49.99 plus HST) and used it 2 times to boil water to blanch vegetables. Very surprised to see significant staining on interior bottom of pot (see photos) which I have never experienced with any other stainless steel pot over many many years. Wondering what caused this, and whether pot is still « food safe ». I also have some costly Henckels (Twin) knives. The older ones are fine, the newer ones seem flimsy. Will not be buying Henckels again. As for non stick cookware, I usually buy from various Korean brands as they tend to last longer.

If I have 0 star, I would give them 0. Poor quality product with high end price. I bought this electric kettle ($170) just over 13 months ago. The edge is turning yellow, the lid cracked in the middle. I emailed the warranty department. They asked me to ship back the kettle at my own cost, they said it will take 6-12 weeks to conclude if the kettle is defective or not. I mean seriously. I'm so so disappointed about the poor quality. NEVER BUY anything from this company.
