Well, according to the other comments, I got a lucky number. Not too crowded (now I understand why), and the food was good, though we had to wait a bit more like in a restaurant. But the most important to me that takes away all the pain: the service. If one is gentle enough to smile and care to serve you (like this gentleman the other day) and have a good connection, it's all good. I don't need to feel important but welcomed. That's all.

it’s one thing to make mistakes, it happens. but when on numerous occasions it is handled rudely, that’s another thing. at least twice at this location there has been a mistake made by an employee to my order(sometimes multiple mistakes at once) which is fine. however when it is mentioned they get upset at the customer. my most recent experience included 2 employees whispering in front of me after i mentioned the mistake in my order where it felt that they were denying the mistake, and then the other very clearly in front of me said “yeah i heard ______”(the wrong item they gave me). the item they gave me was nowhere near what i asked for. very disappointed, probably won’t be going back there again.

I notice this location doesn't have as much traffic as other locations and try to give them business by coming here instead and when I got my order the girl handed me my food with no bag, how much could a bag really cost you, and my turkey bacon club bread was burnt, highly dissapointing service and quality and now I get why it's not as busy here

Really great place! Often we visit on our lunch break. The staff are always very respectful despite the chaos that the Holy Cross students bring to the restaurant. Those students are often very rude to the staff but the staff always handle it in a professional manner. The staff are super efficient and friendly in their service. Restaurant is always clean. Orders are consistently correct and warm. I wish the restaurant could be bigger to accomodate the rush of students, but that's not the staffs fault.

The only thing good about this Tim Hortons is that there is less traffic here than most other locations in the city and that’s all the good. Most times I place a custom order here it is not fulfilled and they are rarely in stock of the speciality items. They advertise cinnamon buns on their menu and never have them. Their service is very slow and despite being told special instructions on dietary needs they rarely get the order right.***On a side note, ever since Tim Hortons was sold to Burger King it has become absolute garbage. The prices keep going up and quality and customer care have plummeted. I ordered a medium French Vanilla and got a half cup full; as much as a full small. This is getting out of hand Tim Hortons.
