My boyfriend is diabetic and gluten free, with a sweet tooth! So we struggle for options for him. I went in for the first time and the lady who served me was sooooo helpful with recommendations and knowledge on their desserts! I took 5 of them home for us to try and they were AMAZING!!!! Omg! So happy he still gets to enjoy goodies! We will be back.

Cheeseburger casserole is absolutely delicious. Also, PB bars - wicked good. The very next day, needed to head back and indulge in more treats.It was my birthday, and the owner was nice enough to include a couple of treats on the house as a surprise. Definitely recommend to anyone keto or otherwise.

Absolutely AMAZING bakery for GF, Keto treats and meals. They change the menu weekly, so there is always something new to delight one's palate. The owner and those who work there, are also great!

Miss Keto’s is hands down the best I’ve ever had. I honestly never had much of a sweet tooth but since doing keto my taste buds have changed and for the best. Every single item I’ve ever tried has been amazing and I HIGHLY recommend to anyone to go here for their dessert needs.

Great service, friendly, accommodating and local! I couldn't choose just one delicious thing, so I brought home a weekend haul so that I can treat myself and my family to some delicious food and sweets. Drop in and see what they have on-hand for take out. They will also build to order and make sure to give them a week or two's notice for a cake for that special occasion!

Miss Keto’s is so amazing!!! All of the desserts that I have tried are delicious! Last year we visited the granite club every Tuesday, so every week we tried something new!!! Let me tell you, the flavour and variety does not disappoint!!! I highly recommend the PB Yumm Bars and the Faux Rerro Bars!!! The soups are amazing too!! Everything we have bought our whole family has loved!! On a recent visit I came to Becca and asked her to put together a small dessert tray for me! She went above and beyond to make the tray awesome!! It was a crowd pleaser, all of the people raved about how good the desserts were! Miss Keto’s is a must!!!!

Stopped into Miss Keto's when traveling through North Bay on our way home to NB. The owner was so helpful and the food was amazing. The keto PB bars and cheese cakes were so awesome, glad I stocked up the freezer. Highly recommend this local small business!

Went there for the first time today and I'm sorry I didn't go sooner. Very tasty food, hard to imagine it's Keto friendly, being such divine desserts, but it is. Even though I knew about the place long before now, I was always missing their hours and they would be closed, when I passed by. I don't get downtown too much and when I do, it's usually late afternoon and I have other running around to do. But today, my timing was good and I was just casually biking past and caught them open.So I tried the peanut butter yums and they were absolutely delicious. And quite sweet too, almost as much as any other treat like this, but not over the top too sweet" and still delectibly rich. The fact that it's Keto/low carb.

Today was my first time at Miss Keto's. It was a super experience. The ladies I spoke with were very friendly and informative. Maryann served me and answered all my questions. I had a chance to taste some of the food I bought, and I was very pleased. Delicious!!!!! I will come back again and recommend Miss Keto's.
