Best customer service that I’ve seen! You can tell they want to help you.Overheard the Associate keep asking a lady what size and color she wanted. Have her advice for what would go with what. If she preferred a bodysuit or something else. They were really kind and sooo helpful!Checking out was so easy and the Associate helping me was so kind!Also the store is clean and organized!Love this place and want to go back again!

2022 June 3.5★This is your typical Old Navy Outlet store located inside premium outlets.Though there weren't as many clearance or really good deals, this location is still nice to visit.Clean and organized.

Overview:What I would expect from an Old Navy but with staff that were above and beyond.Staff:There were two people that we interacted with while there and they were amazing. Wish I saw more people like them.Cleanliness/moderness:Clean and modern to what I’d expect from an Old Navy store.Would I go back?Yes, those staff made it a great experience and were helpful in accommodating us.

Love Old Navy. It’s got a great selection of clothing for a reasonable price. The store is well lit and clean. I shop at Old Navy quite often as I like the styles and different types. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is always a good sale on. This is a premium outlet so there are always good sales more so than regular locations.

We like the store..Clean and ample room. Fitting rooms are open and staff is friendly. Affordable and different discounts help.Outlet location so more discount deals than a regular store.Near Costco, so we lump the trip with the Costco shop and gas run.

Was just shopping at the Old Navy outlet location and was extremely disappointed with how me and my friend/coworker were treated. The gentleman helping us was still in training and made a mistake on his end. Which is 100% understandable. We politely asked for a refund since we were charged the wrong amount on a company card just to hear the general manger yelling at us from the complete other side of the cash. She was very angry with us telling us to “relax, calm down, he’s new.” She was completely unprofessional in her use of words and tone. I am both shocked and upset. Things like this make me never want to shop at this location again, ESPECIALLY since this was all from the “apparent” general manager. Only giving a 1 star because I can’t give a 0.

I always visit Old Navy whenever I get a chance. This store has a variety of causal dresses for adults and kids. Many items are on sale now. Products quality is good and price is reasonable. This store is big with many sections. Very well organized and decorated. Washroom is neat and clean. They also have drinking water fountains and bottles filling station. Staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of parking lots in mall parking area including disabled parking. Highly recommend to try this store.

This is an outlet version of Old Navy. There is many more deals than at your regular Old Navy. This is a must visit location for deals for the whole family. It is worth the drive to the outlet mall. There are lots more deals than your regular store. Sign up for emails to learn when there are storewide sales.

Nothing for men here. Unless you are a 130 pound teenager, whatever they do have won't fit you anyway. Only slim fit shirts in the whole store. It is sad to see this fashion trend exclude the vast majority of the male population. Old Navy used to have something for everyone but not anymore.
