Had my first session of LHR today. Madeleine was great, very friendly professional and made me feel comfortable through the whole process; she was happy to let me take breaks and went fast or slower depending the area which made a huge difference. The whole facility is very clean and bright so felt very good getting my treatment there.

Amazing staff! I had my first scar laser treatment today with Madeleine. She is so lovely and sweet. She makes sure you're comfortable during the entire treatment. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I will be going back for more treatments and I can't wait for my results!

The reception staff is friendly, you never have to wait for your appointment time when you get there (they've even taken me when I got there early), my preferred timeslot is normally available, my laser specialist (Madeline) is AMAZING and knows what she's doing, and most of all, my Brazilian treatments work! This is my first time doing laser treatments, and since I've had such an unbelievable experience with Skon-Milton, there's no way I would go anywhere else for more laser.
