Very helpful staff. They were very knowledgeable about the different options. We ended up with exactly what we wanted and are very happy with our purchase. They even let us leave the suitcase with them until we finished our shopping.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I have to make an exception for my experience today. My partner and I entered the store with a few inquiries. The 2 closing staff members were beyond INCOMPETENT. They had no idea what they were talking about (when trying to answer my queries), and then when I asked if they know how to proceed our request, they replied with “well.. I know half the steps”.Waste of time visiting and disappointing.

Exceptional customer service.The girl named Bailey at the store was very helpful, cordial and soft spoken. She did amazing job in helping out in claiming my warranty for broken suitcase.

Came to exchange a bag bought as a Christmas present. Even though the store was empty, staff person was very unfriendly and unapologetic... said simply that they do not process exchanges or returns until Dec 29. So a bit frustrating as I bundled up my one year old to make the trip. Needless to say, that exchange has turned into a return. Happy to take my business elsewhere. Recommend avoiding this place as there are lots of good options!

One of those times when 0 stars should be a choice! I went to Chinook mall today specifically to visit this store because their website said that the bag I wanted for my kid was in stock here. For starters, in stock" does not mean on the floor. As in

Went in looking for a carry on which the girl behind the desk politely directed me towards. Another lady then asked me what my budget was, I said I wasn’t sure, she insisted I give her a number so I did (even though I had no idea what my budget should be, as I said before) and she laughed at me. She had to hold back her laugh in fact. Felt very belittled, left almost immediately.

Great customers service, the girl working there today (June 6, 2021) was very friendly and polite. Really amazing experience. It makes you really wanna go back!

Most of what they bring in and sell is cheap and made in China. You’ll find bags marked up for over $100 that cost the company less than five dollars and they’ll be garbage in less than six months. How is this helping the climate issue by having a business model that is so wasteful?I’ve also been told by employees that corporate treats them very poorly

Oh my goodness! The staff was horrible! I was in the store around 3 today, there was a girl in a grey sweater that was so unbelievably rude!! I also overheard another employee with dark hair and chest tattoo that was speaking to the other employees, she was also extremely rude to the other poor staff members! I have never been so appalled in my life! I pop into this store all the time and normally the staff is so sweet but I was shocked at what I saw today! I will never support the type of company that lets their employees act like this! I would give a negative 5 stars if I could

Thanks to Graciella today for her help today in our purchase of luggage today (Boxing Day). She was absolutely wonderful, spending time with us to pick the right piece. She even upsold us on a much needed wallet. The reason for the lower rating is who I think was her manager. The luggage we picked didn't have tags, so Graciella scanned an identical piece except for the colour. She was berated in front of us because of this error which she even explained to the manager she could fix later. It must have been humiliating for her and it definitely was embarrassing for us to have to witness this. Especially when we were so impressed with Graciella's helpfulness. Kudos to Graciella, nothing to the manager who really needs to take some courses on relating with staff and customers. She turned a very positive experience on a stressful day into one which we couldn't wait to get out of the store.
