The plant you have in Bonavista needs to have management replaced....it's the slowest for offloading in the world....you need to hire some hard workers from the Philippines or wherever to get it running more efficiently....I've been sitting here 26+ hours and they still don't have the crab off me...no wonder you have losses from dead crab..

Have bought a lot of boxes of crab from this company. The last several boxes have been horrible quality, just nasty! Contacted the company months ago. Was in contact with someone from there for weeks and was told I would be sent a refund check! Well months later still nothing and now they are ignoring me. Your products are definitely not good quality and you lie to your customers for no reason. Don’t say you will send something, just to ignore them in the end. Especially when I didn’t even ask for it it. Buy from a different company!
