I would not recommend this agency for anything, they have zero knowledge about their job, I called them to extend the stay for my parents as I bought the tickets from them, when I called the girl who answered the phone had no answer and no courtesy to say that they will figure it out and said I don’t have answer and I don’t know when I will have answer so can’t tell you when to call. Another incident, called them to ask about something and she asked if I bout ticket from them and I said I am planning to buy from you but I need some information, her answer was, ok ask us the question when you come to buy ticket and I don’t know the answer.

I don’t want to give them even one star. Horrible,greedy,liar and dishonest owner and his staff. Bought ticket from them to travel India.Due to COVID air Canada postponed the flight.they charged me $ 50 just to reschedule my seat and I asked them to refund my ticket as air Canada refunding money because of COVID and now they are asking 75 dollars more just to put the request to refund my money.they are fraud and rip off the customer and never return the call back.I called them numerous times to put a request to refund my money.Never ever buy ticket from them.they’re owner atAbbotsford is totally fraud .

I went first time this agency. They are very helpful. I had problem at airport and they picked my phone at 7 am. They kept contacting me until my problem fixed. Specially girl Aman and Raman are very helpful.

Absolutely the worst travel agency in Abbotsford. Do not deal with them unless you want poor customer service and shady dealings. Not once, but TWICE they made a mistake of accidentally" confirming a flight. They even sold my booked and confirmed ticket to someone for more cash

Balwanthji has the best prices in the the lower mainland. (I’ve verified this a few times over the last few years.) Moreover, he always has the most current information regarding airlines, flights, visas, travel advisories—you name it. Our family has been buying airline tickets from ONKAR for more than two decades.

Even i don't want to give single star also, because i have very bad experience with them. Be careful Specifically when they advise you to don't take refund put your ticket in hold.

This is my first time going through a travel agency as I usually buy everything online. Bought an all inclusive package , Aman is great she helped with booking gave many options and was thorough to explain options provided , travel protection and so forth. Thanks Aman
