Horrendous company from the top down. If you want unorganized orders, improper billing and an avalanche of personnel inadequacies, that is what you will receive at Apple. I highly recommend trying a smaller provider who can pay closer attention to your needs and not have your account get lost in the shuffle, which seems not to matter here at all from their corporate perspective.
