I have been insanely disappointed in the quality lately, I ordered an iced coffee with extra cream and extra sugar cane and when I received it there was cream but absolutely no sugar! I used to work at a robins for over a year and I know what it’s supposed to look like, also had ordered a robins special and noticed there was only one slice of turkey and one slice of ham, there’s supposed to be TWO of each, the employees there clearly haven’t been trained right or the owner is a cheap greedy person who doesn’t care about the quality of items being put out. This is multiple times now they’ve gotten a simple iced coffee wrong and I’ll tell everyone I know to stop coming here and will never be returning!!!

Lately their baked goods are old. Just bought 2 apple fritters that were hard and stale. Have had this experience a few times with other baked goods. They are not reducing price or disposing older baked goods. Tired of paying full price for a non fresh product. Staff are great and coffee is really good. Will go elsewhere for my baked goods and as a result my coffee as well. Still a great place for breakfast tho.

Even though Robins charge $1.00 more for the same items I can get at Tim’s, I go there because the quality is better.However, there’s a strange bit of nickel&diming at the Kenmount Rd location. They charge 25 cents for a paper cup. The service is less friendly than at Torbay Rd.So, if they are independently owned, I hope the owner of Kenmount Rd does a better job of training staff. And stops the paper cup charge.

Quality of food is very poor lately. Donuts are stale. Our sandwich bun was stale and the honey ham was 2 thin slices. We went away hungry.

They prioritize the drive-thru. I was stood up inside for 20 minutes before anyone talked to me, mean while they served half a dozen cars through the window.

This is the superior breakfast franchise.The food is delicious, the coffee is rich and the treats are well made.My only criticism is the hash browns are never very good. It's almost like the potato patties are stale or cooked in a microwave.Aside from the hash browns, this place is amazing.

Went to Robins Paradise location on kenmount rd. Young fella was friendly, place clean, had a few rowdy young fells hanging round. Ordered a dozen donuts. Selected from the limited options they had. I paid $17! Thought it was wrong price since a dozen at Tim's is barely $11! But at a Bowling tournament all day & get a family treat since at other Robins we have enjoy their product. Got home boiled kettle and the apple fritters were rock hard like a dried out deep fried funnel cake. The cinnamon buns had no cinnamon flavor and dry. Was very disappointed. Tried calling number out of order on their web site. So doing this format instead. Avoid this place!UPDATE!! I was asked to contact Robins as you can see from my above original complaint! I've sent 2 emails & NO ONE has contacted me to date!! So this must be a smoke & mirror corporation. They reach out on public reviews to seem they are a caring corporation but it's all fake!! Make no wonder most of their locations serve us expired goods. Profits before customers!!Update #2!! Over 1 Month & this person has not responded back to me after they reached out asking me to directly contact them. I still to date got no response after being asked to contact them. It's ALL smoke & mirrors! They say they want to fix the issue. Well, this proves the issue is the Owner/Operator & NOT the Employee! They are instructed by Management hense the very poor quality!

Great spot for a quick breakfast, great bagels and friendly staff!Had a coffee, and a pretzel bagel, with herb and garlic cream cheese!
