I visited the location in the St. Laurent Shopping Centre to buy a new pair of Ray Ban sunglasses for ~ $300. The first young lady I spoke towas great but it appears the manager knows absolutely nothing about customer service or how to talk to people. This person is certainly in the wrong industry. Her demeanor is a slight against not just that location but the entire franchise. Bad experience unfortunately...

Everyone at the St Laurent mall Sunglass Hut was very friendly and welcoming! Tor and Tara really know their stuff and did an excellent job at helping me order some custom Ray-bans.They were more than willing to work with me once the sunglasses came in and were not what I expected. Tor and Tara would not give up until I was 100% satisfied with my order, including helping me adjust the glasses to fit me perfectly.10 out of 10 would recommend to friends and family and I will be returning when I decide to get another pair.Thank you Sunglass Hut St Laurent!

I have never felt so discriminated against in my life, went to this store at the St Laurent Mall in Ottawa August 20th, 2021 at around 6:45pm, the woman was extremely rude to me. I inquired about an affordable pair of sunglasses and was told to save my pennies and come back another time, this woman assumed that I could not afford them and made me feel like I was annoying her for existing. I will never set foot in one of these stores again.

Thank you to Sara ! My experience here was excellent. She was welcoming and extremely helpful in finding the shades I needed. (no pressure, continuous options to try on, patience and most importantly a wonderful smile the whole time !) Highly recommended

So I went to New Look Eyewear in St-laurent mall and unfortunately, I don't think the people that works there have good customers service skills. I went to their store and they said it would be 30$ to try" and repair my glasses and that if anything were to happen

Extremely friendly and helpful. I went in with an ieda of what I wanted and they did not try to upsell me. In fact I was advised which higher priced lenses to stay away from as I will be having prescription lenses put in my frame.

Hello thank you to the lady who helped me with the choice of my sunglasses. She was such a good person to guide me in this process. Like not forcing anything and telling me the truth. I fully recommand this place because of course I've paid for my glasses but their gonna last long and I know I've made a good choice. Those are Oakley. Thank you !

Wow!! Best location. Customer service is on point here. Regular high prices, but its quality /luxe brands. Amazing selection and they have some good promos too - especially on polarized. So - as soon as I walk in my retinas feel protected and my heart is happy! I always notice so many guys and girls checking me out when I leave this place... apparently spending time in here makes you hotter (if that’s possible).
