This is third visit and third time the automatic door did not work. I am in wheelchair and struggled to get in as they watched and made no attempt to help. Told girl door should be fixed or turned on but she didn’t really care. Out of order three visits in last two months. Needs to be corrected.

Overall, Subway is a convenient and affordable option for a quick meal. I go here on the regular and its always nice to have a reliable go-to spot for meals. Both workers are very friendly and respectful.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE— RACIALLY MOTIVATED BIAS. My friend (afflicted with a cold) resided in the corner AWAY from the servers to get out from the rain as she waited for an open slot at the walk-in. Was then told to dump her personal hot drink (which is not even an enforced rule), and after my friend commented that the manager did not treat her hospitality and asked for the manager’s name, was promptly kicked out for no reason— not even after being there for less than an hour. Manager THREATENED she would call the police if my friend did not leave. Furthermore, after family called to check why their sickly daughter was kicked out under no basis, the manager initially ignored the calls, then LIED about my friend being there, and promptly hung up any calls received afterwards. This treatment, especially towards a young black woman, does not reflect on Canada’s values and morals. DISGUSTING.

I ordered through the Subway App so that I can pickup my meals faster. The order was ready on time. However, when I got home I realized there was no cheese in any of my 6 subs! I called the restaurant to mention this, and the lady over the call rudely replied I am damn sure I put the cheese."Sharing the pictures here for the owners confirmation!I would prefer to drive a couple of minutes more to pickup from a different subway next time."

I tried calling twice before leaving this review. My wife and I bought subs today. Got them home my wife's sub super soggy and both had rotten lettuce that was brown very bad quality. They simply don't care. Again I tried calling twice before I left this. I wish there was a zero rating

No food received and hung up 4x in a row when I tried to call they would just disconnect the call without answering after I placed a order on the subway app for delivery it showed it was delivered but nothing arrived even though I was charged for it. Called customer service number to be told to email them. Absolutely ridiculous.

Excellent customer service and the freshly prepared food. The girls who work there are best and friendly. Neat and clean place. I went to couple of subway in St Catherine but I feel this place is the best.

I just want to give a shout out to Connor from Subway at 198 Glenride Ave. I ordered a Southwest Steak and Avocado rice bowl for my husband for lunch. He was very pleasant and friendly. He takes pride in preparing our food. I had mentioned I went to a subway a week ago and had a rice dish and they made it straight in the container. Well I learned today that was the incorrect way. He used the plastic black bowls first to prep everything. Not to many send out positive reviews in this world. So I wanted to send one out to Connor.It was very delicious.

It was only one girl, I was waiting in line for about 27 mins apparently skip the dish’s order is more important wasn’t apologized to when delayed, asked for salad she said there are no lids how the hell do you have bowls but no lids, asked to put creamy siracha and she said 3 times it’s spicy I know it, why can’t you just do what I say
