I went to this location earlier today with my friend and after spending 6 hours of checking out the 2023 Eclipse Cross (with rubber mats and remote starter(usually comes standard most cars of this category)), figuring the prices, going through negotiation at this location thinking we will book a car today, all i can say is that we were deeply disappointed.We were helped by Abby at the location and he was super nice, knew his stuff about the car and made us feel comfortable and that is the only reason this post is receiving 2 star instead of 1.The reason for this review is due to the immaturity, the unprofessionalism displayed by the dealership and the manager Sirham at site overall. First, going through with the negotiation, asking for a better deal we were constantly told this is it! cant do anything better than this" where the second time we asked to adjust the payments we were told that the manager has agreed to give us a special discount of 2 years maintenance package which will cover regular services for 2 years. After some thinking we agreed to original price offered with the 2 year package (apparent special from manager)

I decided to wait a bit before I sent my review. Johnny was really helpful in finding me a used car. He explained and showed me different options of cars within my price point and wasn't pushy. He also showed me some options that was a bit higher in my range but also explained to me the value and wasn’t a sales tactic to up-sell me. After using some of the features and benefits I am glad for his recommendations and makes me wonder why I never considered them before hand.I am very picky and need to see and experience everything rather than just reading about car reviews and options and Johnny was very patient and knowledge in answering all my questions.

I was looking for a PHEV and had eyes on Outlander for a long time, met Rattandeep in mid 2022 and he took me through the process about the new 2023 outlander, when I need to book it, when I would get the Delivery and all other questions I had.I would say he patiently took all my calls and transparently told me what was happening behind the scenes in regards to my car.
