i purchased a Sole Stretch which is sold for Planter Fasciitis and i have never purchased s more worthless product in my life. The design is atrocious and does not work unless you want to spend most of the night adjusting it rather than sleeping. Further, to keep it tight enough for it serve the purpose it was designed for your leg goes numb as well as your foot. Do not buy this product - go to Walmart or London Drugs both of whom sell a product will not act to torch er you all night as they much better designed and cost approx. the same - $ 45.00
