The staff is super nice, the produce selection is varied and the lunch food not only is amazing and healthy, but changes daily. Lots of options for people with dietary restrictions like me. Honestly best place to have lunch in the Market.

Been coming here for 3 years and I love it. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I mostly shop here and it helps that Iive just up the st. Not only do I get my food here but also my moisturizer and incense! It’s great!

I went to Market Organics after work and just love the variety of great take home meals both those made at Market Organics and in the freezer and fridge sections. I have been shopping there for awhile but the new selections of fresh meals was so impressive! I like vegetarian and vegan options especially gluten free choices, they had some really good options. Delicious!

Unique selection of health food products. Had some rice and chicken from the eatery it was delicious and gluten free! I will be going back there again during my stay in Ottawa.

Super disappointing! I took my co worker there to get a cowboy cookie ; she was super excited! I asked the associate at cash for a larger bag for the cookies (three left at the time) and was ready at cash to pay. During that time a man proceeded to grab two of the cookies , I informed him that we were about to pay for them and he ignored me. The cashier and employee didn’t do or say anything ... at that point my co worker said let’s go somewhere else. Basically no customer service or appreciation. Super disappointed :(

Best healthfood store in the market area. Prices reflect location, but if you are a deal finder like I you can save. I go in often, because they do have sales. I wish they had more produce, but the produce they do have is generally well priced and local. The pre-made food is very good, and does set them apart from other stores. The one thing that I really do not like is the layout. I wish they had cashiers at both entrances. I would recommend this store.

My favourite healthy foods grocery store. Always clean and well stocked. Friendly staff that go out of their way to help you get what you need. Experts on staff. In store nutritionists. Spacious and bright.

Up till recently I had been going there for years. They have a pretty good selection of organic products located right in the market with a friendly helpful staff. However it seems that they have decided to cater to the wealthy condo crowd and their prices are very quickly becoming inaccessible to the average person.For ex. same bottle of agave syrup is 5$ cheaper at Loblaws.I do recommend this store if price isn't a determining factor for you.

I love this place! Everyone who works there is really nice and there is a great selection of products. I usually go for picking up vegan “junk food”, bulk items and some cosmetics. The only reason I’m not giving it five starts is because the prices can be quite high, especially with the produce.

Best health food store in Ottawa! Yes, their prices might be a dollar or two more expensive than other places, but I've been going there for years and their customer service is always impeccable. The staff is VERY knowledgeable, extremely friendly and always very helpful. I love being greeted with a smile and a friendly hello, and they always know their products very well. Keep up to good work!
