Didn't know there is Tim Hortons inside the George Hospital. Very convienent for me and fast service. I can park my car just outside and pick up my coffee with a breakfast sandwich. Saves me time as I don't have to deal with downtown traffic. Thanks for opening this location Tim Hortons! The staff is always very polite and friendly.

I was sad to find that this Tim Hortons had recently changed owners. The previous owner always had a smile which was accompanied with a friendly hello. I will miss our chats Scarborough! ☕️

The Tim's in Georgetown Hospital is only small with a restricted menu but the gentleman serving was very polite and friendly. Good service.

Rude and condescending due to my appearance. Tim Hortons should take a look at this franchise.She told me they were closed but served two others after us.Reply to owner commentsWhat I am referring to is a behaviour/action by your employee. But you are justifying it on the basis of characteristics. (Same origin country)I didn’t even speak before she singled me out and told me it’s closed. Constructive response would have been explaining why two other people were provided goods/service after I was told that you’re closed. Such explanation had the potential of changing my perspective and making me realize I had misinterpreted the event.Judge character and not appearances.Having the same origin country does not necessarily imply there will be no discrimination especially from as diverse country as India.

This is not a true Tim's. They serve Tim's coffee, but the food is not from there and not so good. The attendent is hard to catch. A great place for coffee!

Great to have Tim Hortons inside Georgetown Hospital. I walk there to pick up coffee and breakfast. Excellent service and the staff is very friendly!! Good job.

the staff is super friendly you can only get hot or cold drinks at tim hortons but the restaurant beside has a whole lot of varieties of food from sandwiches to wraps to shawarmas

Didn't know about this place until I visited the hospital. Wonderful staff, they offered my 5 year old complimentary cookie! Tried their Ice Capp and it's was so good. As I live in Georgetown, now I I go there to pick up my breakfast sandwich and coffee before driving to work. I don't need to drive to other Tims locations downtown. Good work!!
