Embarrassingly disorganized. Consistently makes errors, misses deadlines and even the information they have in their brochure about their own products is incorrect.They will take zero accountability for any of their errors and are actually aggressively defensive…as you can see even in the replies to the negative reviews here.They are VERY cheap which keeps clients going back…. but I find that you pay them more in the long run. Since they don’t take accountability for their errors you get stuck having to pay for a reprint. Also you often have to pay rush penalties because their turnaround times are astronomical. ( one simple print will have a TAT of 10-14 days and asking for it any earlier seems to be an audacious request)Just pay another company a little bit more and get it done right the first time, and on time!@Tina: I cannot reply to your questions below so I am updating this review to answer you.Yes, I am sure I have the right company. That is seemingly your reply to every negative review on here. Have you ever thought that maybe people don’t feel comfortable displaying their personal information? Especially if they have coworkers that may still have dealings with you?Instead of using your time looking into who is posting the reviews here, you should look internally and see why you have so many ongoing issues that never get resolved.Take the feedback as a way to improve, instead of automatically discrediting everyone who takes the time to offer it to you in the first place.

I have had great experiences there. They give you exactly what you ordered at a good price and they are very efficient getting you out with your products.

Print quality could be better, the HOPUP frame quality is inferior and clips tend to break most often Ultima knows about this problem yet does little to adress the chinese sourced hardware. Sales Manager and Marketing both demonstrate unprofessional and snarky attitudes towards the consumers and the public. One of my associates overheard a racist remark towards Mexicans made by the Sales Manager

Awful Customer Service. Awful. We paid extra for a rush order. We told them we would pick up. They called us and told us the items were ready. We drove an hour there. They had shipped the items. No apology. We drove an hour back. The delivery arrived at 4:50 PM. They had forgot to ship the stands for our flags. I called. The sales guys says what do you want me to do
