Decided to have my own Christmas cards printed this year. The whole process was seamless and a special shout-out to Tammy who was so helpful. Great experience... thank you ladies.

Went there to get something photocopied, got to sit at a desk and work for a bit on some of the documents I'd be copying. Pretty friendly atmosphere ended up spending a quarter there and about 30 mins at a standup desk.

As a local business owner, I regularly use Beattie's print shop for marketing collateral and the printing of product information sheets. They have the ability to do larger jobs as well as quick last minute printing needs. I have always found their printing quality very good and their customer service excellent.

I go to Beattie's basics in Fort Erie to get art projects I'm working on scanned and printed and every single time they do such an amazing job helping craft the vision I'm looking for. If you need anything for prints or scanning or just friendly customer service this is the number 1 stop. Thank you so much for all you guys do. :)

Excelent. Service is spot on. Cathy will go out of her way to help you, as will here staff. Far better than office depot any day of the week and much more friendly pricing.

Edit February 26, 2021:While the below situation was quite frustrating, I'd like to say that the Store Manager Kathy contacted me immediately to rectify the situation. She went above and beyond to ensure that they did everything possible to make things right. I am very impressed. I would consider going back.February 23, 2021TERRIBLE! I would give 0/5 if possible.I was quoted (in an email) a job of printing $0.40 per page for ~65 pages (which would be ~$25) and then was charged over $60. When I asked to explain the charge, Vicky told me that it was my fault and she tried to warn me that their prices were outrageous. When I mentioned they should give a total in their quote next time so this doesn't happen to someone else - she said You should have asked

The Beatties Basics in Fort Erie is my favourite place to buy office supplies and small business machines mostly due to the attentive, professional and helpful staff. I truly appreciate the prompt and courteous service every time I visit.
