Ordered online tonight and prepaid online.Pizza arrived after 40minutes.The order was wrong.I paid extra for stuffed crust.I called them right away and they wouldn't answer as it was 10:56pm.I'm not happy.

I wouldn't normally review a fast food pizza rezzie but the great service I received from Jasmine deserves a 5 star review of this particular Pizza Hut. Not that their pizza is lacking, it certainly is not and in fact, it was what made my Mondays tolerable!! You see, they used to have different special deal $10 medium pizzas for each day of the week, and Mondays were Hawaiian pizza days! And this pizza is sooooo good - The thick layer of mozzarella cheese that they use on this is truly delicious and IMHO makes it absolutely delectable! Back to Jasmine though - I had a bit of trouble ordering via their website and thus called the shop. Jasmine was very pleasant and guided me step by step to place my order (one can only get the $10 price if ordering online). When I came to the shop 15 minutes later, she was there to nicely greet me and make sure all is OK. I mean, this is a fast food rezzie, and I was getting Michelin 3 star service!! How great is that??!! And then she told me that now, the $10 deal is for ANY pizza in the deal - including the Hawaiian- on any day of the week!! Woohoo!! Now I don't have to wait till Mondays to satisfy my pizza cravings!Highly recommend this Pizza Hut branch and Jasmine!

The first time ordering delivery from this Pizza Hut, the crust on the bottom was super juice and crispy. However. Subsequent orders did not bring the same joy of crispness. Sadly the bottom is mostly soggy towards the middle, perhaps due to the Pizza being ready within 10 mins of ordering. However, I must say Pizza always delivers on time and is reliable despite the sog.

I ordered butter chicken pizza via SkipTheDishes, but the toppings were removed. SkipTheDishes is not willing to refund or replace the order for me. This is horrible.

This long standing location has been expanded and renovated in recent years to keep up with contemporary styles. It includes a small eat in area. The deep dish pizza style crust is simply unmatched by any other chains. Street parking by paid meters or park on the side streets and walk a bit for free parking. #letsguide #VancouverPizza

Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever seen. Placed an online order that they shorted me 1 pizza. Tried contacting them and they either didn’t answer or when they did they just hung up right away. Went down to the store and no apology. The just said they’re to busy to answer the phone and made me wait 20 minutes for a replacement.

The worst fries I have ever had. The fries were soggy and tasted like 2 days old with reheat. If you dont know how to make fries, stop selling it at least.
